OYO Hotel Pomona CA - I-10 & Hwy 71 - Featured Reviews (87)
The stay was fine except when i asked for two keys, one for me and the other for my bf, they hesitated a little then agreed. Little did we know, everytime my bf would use the key, the guy working would cut the key off. So we spent a good 20 minutes going up and down thinking when we'd get to the door we'd get to lay down. Not to my liking, we had to go all the way to the office to get the key registered again, just to get in The room. Every single time. It was terrible.
The rooms are clean and plain but they lack minimum amenities like WiFi, an ice machine and working phone to call the office (there's a fee to turn on the phone $10). The room was extremely hot when we arrive it took hours for the AC to cool the room. The microwave did not work as advertised. The floors where not recently cleaned , probably swept but not mopped. The Tv advertised was a small with white noise channels, which require some maintenance. If you want a place to crash the night that's cheap this is the place but now to occupy more than one night. P.S. the area is somewhat sketchy
Wow...Orbitz, Priceline and others, having this place on your site should be criminal! At first glance the room itself was fine. However I later found out this place operates as an emergency homeless shelter. It smelled of human feces so bad it made my eyes burn which was constant. Kid you not, this isn't a safe place for children or single females. I wouldn't recommend it for couples either.(There is no way I was even going to take off my clothes) We left after The first of two nights. Management refused refund.
Quite possibly the worst motel I've ever been in. Gross disrepair, dirty, an extremely rude woman in charge of housekeeping. It was cheap but even the low price doesn't make up for the broken down and dirty state of the rooms.
Held my money hostage, would not let my friend check in or give me a refund even though I offered to pay their lowsy deposit over the phone, like I did for the reservation.
They took my money for the reservation, but would not take it for the deposit, makes no sense, I guess they get paid room they can rent out to someone else. Stay away from these scam artists
Came here one night room was ok, clean, but the atmosphere was questionable. I was going to stay another day until I heard a pimp kicking a prostitutes ass in the next door. For 0 bucks a night, your better off finding a motel 6.
Was flat out we could not stay there by the guy at the desk. Had a reservation months in advance just to be told we are not welcome. Told we could not stay there due to gang tattoos. We have geek tattoos as we are both big geeks. So know white girls with purple and blue hair with geek tattoos are not welcome here.
Area is hood and the staff ain't gonna care much about any problems the rooms might have, plus even if you keep the curtains drawn it still feels ghetto af. Despite all that, the proximity to all the bars and venues downtown merits a star unto itself.
Love coming here for our conferences. They have great staff, the rooms are always clean, and if there is ever an issue, they will take care of it right away.
This hotel was nice to stay at, the add on restaurant was also nice. Per usual customer service at double tree was top notch. They appear to be renovating so some of the ceiling single didn't look the best. If they try to give you rm110, ask for anot
You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hallway had a smell of old urine. Furniture dated and worn. Rooms are noisy and you can hear everything in hallway. Housekeeping is a little loud in AM.
Amazing Open Welcome Environment of Openess, Inclusion, and Fun for kids! Awesome place to have a Birthday party, playdate, or join in for open play. Glenda is a winner as an amazing host and owner. Loved hosting a private facility rental for my son'
An absolutely amazing automotive museum! Many historic drag, salt and vintage rods. Walls covered with a treasure trove of memorabilia. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Had low expectations for this place, but I was proven wrong. The Latte De Olla was a 10/10. As someone who cannot drink dairy, Iâm happy to know they have many dairy alternatives. Small coffee shop with authentic coffee.
Went to go to this location I was close to it...I believe Tracy helped me out black girl with glasses, she was a sweetheart! Very efficient and nice great personality,my food was ready pretty quick. I appreciate her she did a great job ,dealing with t
