OYO Hotel Ocala, FL I-75 - Motel in Ocala - 3520 W Silver Springs Blvd, USA

Stayed here for a weekend. The room was clean the beds were nice the AC worked amazingly. Shower was decent mini fridge and microwave worked fine only issue was a flashing light in the bathroom. Will probably be staying again

The bathroom was dirty and they only left a quarter roll of toilet paper when we got there, they did give me more when I asked but I shouldn't have had to. The bathroom was "cleaned", I guess, but they didn't bother with the floor and there was a clump of hair behind the door. The tub area had years of hard water and soap on it. The floor wasn't carpet so that was good. The furniture was old and didn't fit the room. The foot stool of the chair was badly stained but and only noticable when we moved the curtain that was lying over it. They didn't leave the wall air conditioner running so the room was hot when we got there. When we got back from what we were doing in Ocala, there was another car in front of our room and the door was difficult to open. Because of all these and another reason that wasn't the fault of the hotel, we checked out and didn't stay the night. Oh, and also the hotel isn't branded anywhere as Oyo, it says Economy Hotel everywhere. Waste of money, even if it was cheap.

Positive: Close to the interstate Negative: Not very clean. Not like the pictures. Window air unit was not enough. Towels were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Trash under the beds.

Do Not stay here...just don't. Bugs, dirty, scary bad. If you stay at lower price places in other parts of the country that are kinda OK...this is NOT kinda OK...it's BAD BAD..

Room was pretty decent. Bed was comfortable and clean and shower was hot. Good value for the cost

I didn’t even go to the hotel and let them know I did not book this because I already have another hotel through OYO and I saw they still kept my payment and today is the 12th and the check in time isn’t until tomorrow the 13th at 3 PM. I will NEVER recommend or go to a hotel that keeps your money for no reason. This is illegal and will be going to my bank.

They are the nicest most polite owners I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve traveled all around the country for over 20 years for work! Thank you!!!
