Expedia Team You all should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to happen and not giving a refund regardless of their Oyó Hotel policy. DO NOT book the hotel is closed and if you do you will not get your money back because of Oyó Hotel policy. How does policy work if you book your room and the hotel is closed, why are they allowed to keep your money?

It looks like it used to be a really nice place but it's pretty run down now which almost made it feel more personal. I loved exploring the halls and hanging out in places I probably wasn't suppose to. I only had one towel in the room and was too shy to ask for more towels so that was a little inconvenient. The employees were very nice. The key card didn't always work and at one point, I had to ask for a new one. I met a very sweet cat that I let into my room briefly. I named her cankle. She had a broken tail that didn't seem to heal right.

Positive: Nothing! It was condemned, shut down, closed. From the size of the weeds grown up around it had been close for some time. Negative: They only had a few paged taped to the doors stating "Water Damage to Roof. Closed." No need because with no lights and trying to find it in the dark, the padlocks on the main door gave that away. Negative: ""

This isn’t the same as before. When I used to come there. Anyway, In the past, It had thick blankets, carpet vacuumed, nothing destroyed, it was the best hotel. Along with breakfast and superior services. I can go to for a weekend break from stresses of life. I…I can’t explain the level is distress and sadness I’ve experienced coming back to this hotel with someone. First thing, I had to open the front automatic doors to come in. The reception was okay. But the broken lights and missing tiles should’ve been a warning to take your money back and leave. But I didn’t. When I booked this hotel, I had a suite. When I got up there, they didn’t have it. So they gave me a standard king room with no extra charge. I was okay with it. But I would like the difference back. I had room 607. In the room, the TV remote didn’t work. By the AC, on the right, part of the wall and baseboard is destroyed. The only thing in the room was clean was the bed. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the floor or tub wasn’t clean in the bathroom. There wasn’t any bath towels, just small hand towels. No toilet paper at all. The nightstand on the right was dirty. The room smelled funny. I never felt embarrassed to bring someone and not check the room. I would rather clean the room by myself. Than anyone who is paid to clean, to clean like that. I felt so bad and angry; I was debating on being the hotel housekeeper for FREE! Talk to management or something about this hotel. The only thing I like about my stay is that it was quiet. This used to be a high quality 3 star hotel. People used to come here for their graduations and other events. Not it’s like a trap motel. I pray for this hotel to improve and bring back its former glory. Pools, fitness area, breakfast, everything.

Well to begin with I reserved 2 rooms weeks ahead of stay. I talked to hotel front desk personally on the phone to make sure reservations were made and made correct. I asked for 2 rooms next door to each other, one smoking king size bedroom and one non-smoking queen size bedroom, also one was to be handicap accessible, as well as ground floor. I was assured numerous times during the process that everything I asked for was possible and taken care of 100%. Upon arrival, I was met with a nasty attitude, when I brought up the fact that everything about my rooms was incorrect and opposite of what I reserved and was promised. My elderly mother was supposed to have an accessible room and didn't receive that. I was given 2 rooms upstairs, which she is almost physically unable to do without complications. Both rooms were non-smoking as well. The first night one of the rooms we couldn't even get a working door key to be able to leave our room, and was told if we left and locked it that the front desk person would not come let us back in our room. The rooms weren't bad except the fact that they were totally opposite of what was reserved and promised. No fridge in one room for some reason. Also each room had one full size bed instead of the king and queen size beds reserved. Finally got a key to work for second room the next morning after getting maintenance involved, which they did what was needed in a timely manner. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times with no issues which is why we decided to come back, but after the treatment and total disregard for what was reserved this will be the last time coming to this hotel. There is a deposit of $100 for incidental damages or it is also forfeited if you smoke in a non-smoking room. I decided immediately I would forfeit said deposit and I smoked in my room anyway. It's not like its a 5 star hotel and majority of the rooms have been smoked in regardless of smoking or non. I reserved a room to smoke in purposely so I wouldn't have to go outside to smoke, so that's what I did. Maybe at some point they will do what their guests request, especially when stay is planned and reserved in plenty time ahead to be accommodated with options and types of rooms requested and promised. Totally disgusted with service received upon arrival. Definitely will be the last time staying and if it wasn't for short notice of incorrect rooms and accommodations I would have canceled this reservation completely and went elsewhere but it wasn't possible. Front desk staff needs to be addressed and either properly trained to deal with customer service or replaced with someone that cares about customers and not afraid to do their job politely and to the best of their ability. I hope someone replies to this and really does something to better this hotel to make it what it once was. Until then I will tell any and everyone to stay away.

So my family and I stopped here from NC. The pictures looked great on line amd the lobby was beautiful but unfortunately I didn't read the reviews. First, I was told they didn't have any clean towels because their laundry room was shut down. Whatever, it was 3 am and I was exhausted. She did give us a discount which I appreciated. But then we parked to go to our room. It literally looked like a trap house. There were people walking around, smoking weed and carrying guns out in the open. The room had weed and a white substance on the night stand and had roaches!!! The front desk did give us a refund and we left. Found a better hotel in Bossier. I have NEVER seen a hotel this trashy and horrible in my 37 yrs

DON’T STAY HERE This place is horrible the pictures on the website are lies. The rooms were horrible bullet hole in the door in our room. Toilet leaked Nasty mold mildew everywhere. Rooms aren’t clean no blakents Doors on the outside didn’t even lock people in and out doing drugs even the person that checked us in was doing them right up front also it says free breakfast they don’t offer that. People yelling and fighting all night in the hallways. This place needs to be shut down. Would never ever even think about staying at this disgusting place again. Shame on all the false advertising

Do not come here. Anything but this place. The rooms were horrible an sheets was dirty. People hanging outside doing whatever. Me an my family felt unsafe. I paid for Friday night Saturday night Sunday night coming from out of state. Checked in Friday night got to the room which seem like it was in a back alley or some got in the room noticed how nasty it was and went to office an requested to check out early. Me an my kids was not going to stay in that mess.the front desk informed me that I’ll get my refund in a couple days we’ll couple days turned to months an months I called an called they lied and said they sent it back to my card even was giving a website to track my refund which stated it was initiating but never fully sent. At this point it’s a lost an this place is money hungry. I will never do business again with them I lost out on $300 coming to this place.
