I wasn’t expecting much initially when I booked this room as the other location in mcalester is very run down. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Service was friendly at the front desk. Check in was smooth and easy. Beware if paying by card at property there is a charge to run the card. Avoid that by booking directly with oyo. Room was large and spacious and air conditioner worked great. Bed was great. NO BED BUGS! I will be staying here again for sure. Restaurants nearby are wonderful by the way. Angels diner is a must eat for anyone in the area.
I wanted to give this place no stars, the front desk was no help, we had to get on the road at 8 am, and there was no one to check us out so we have been calling all day trying to check out and no one will answer. The rooms were dirty, towels were dirty nothing was clean (they put a complementary fly swatter in our room, shouldn’t be necessary). Definitely doesn’t even deserve 2 stars
Loved the girl who checked me in. both her and her fiaince was very nice and tryed to make my stay the best they could even with the little bit of issues trying to gets me in a suitable room at first .. just wish y'all had breakfast and/or a coffee pot .. my only complaints.. overall was decent stay
Extremely disgusting. The lady at the front office was really nice. But we had to leave after an hour of being there. We luckily got our money back. They made it right but the hotel needs some serious attention
We had a newly updated room. It was clean and nice. I think the best part was the check in lady! She made it so much better!!!
Bedspread stained absolutely not washed recently bed hard as a rock NO ICE machine NO coffee pot. Called to desk to ask if they had a working Ice machine and was told "don't think so"
Can't submit 0 stars so have to select one star. My advice: don't make a reservation to this place, cause even if you cancel your reservation within the conditions of free cancellation, they will take your money.
Cindy was the only reason I chose this accomodation! She was warm and inviting. It was like coming HOME! Thank you for being so welcoming!
