OYO Hotel LSU - Hotel in Port Allen - 3051 La Hwy 1 S, USA

If I could give them a zero I would. I will definately post photos aon public platforms. The fire alarm was gone, the bed had stains, there was glasses still on the dresser, and the floor was filthy. We decided to not stay and the individual said he would make note so that we could get a refund. This was back in June and it's been a headache and now the management is denying to inform price line of my return.

Beds Out door key didn't work we had to go to office everytime we came back so they would open the door and than I payed for two more nights online and they talking about I didn't have reservations and put up out Aug 3at 11. We had reservations from Aug 2 to Aug 4. Than was upset when we left . They said to pay again or leave. We just left. And we paid for Aug for Aug 2 threw Aug 4 but had to leave Aug 3. Please help.

Worst hotel ever! My room didn't have a key so I needed to ask someone in the lobby to open my room each time. This was so uncomfortable. There is a pool that is closed. However, seems that no one is cleaning it and its cover is full of rainwater, which is creating a nest for mosquitos. I could not sleep because of the mosquitos. The AC in my room was broken or something and I couldn't change the temperature. The cleaning person left it on and it was freezing. And finally, on my second night, I found a bug in my bed. I want to think it was not a roach but judge yourselves. The staff was okay, they are working with what they had. So, if you have a chance to stay in this hotel, don't take it.

Horrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived for check in front desk gave me my hotel room key. I asked her what time is breakfast served and what time is the pool open. She proceeds to tell me she knows it says online there is breakfast but they do not serve breakfast. She also stated the pool is not open due to it needing to be cleaned. I was very upset. I went to my hotel room my key did not work so I came back to the front desk she then proceeded to tell me that the room key does not work for that door and she needs to open it with her key so I can be let in. I was very upset and felt unsafe. There was also a lot of drug traffic at night time. My room had cockroaches and it smelled of smoke really bad. I left to go get dinner one night and came back and front desk lady was nowhere to be found I stayed in the front office for 20 minutes ringing the bell and nobody came I then walked outside and started crying because I was scared and I couldn’t get into my hotel room. I walked around the hotel and knocked on the back door and said hello. Finally I see the hotel lady walking out of someone’s hotel room. And she stated she has to walk around the building at night but she was not doing that. She opened up my hotel room. My friends I were visiting told me to just check out a day early because it was very unsafe at the hotel so I couldn’t even finish my stay here. Beware do not stay at this hotel. It was a nightmare. They should be shut down and investigated.

First of all our key did not work for our room, had to be opened by the staff. Why are there loud noises outside even louder after midnight? The room did not have a fridge or microwave. Family friendly? It's the scarest place we've ever stayed at. The towels aren't even white. Never again will I stay in another OYO. This is the first and the last.

This place is scary and gross!!!!!! I’ve been here for 2 days and booked it for the week and there’s been so many cockroaches!!! DO NOT STAY HERE INFESTED!!! I got up at 5 am to use the rest room and a cockroach crawled across my foot! Stay away!

The 2 ladies that work in the day and night were very nice and helpful Ms. Britt and Ms. Amy . Graveyard shift were not as helpful I tried to pay for my room again but the girl wouldn't take my payment ,then had to drive 6 hours home while on the phone with hotel customer service going back and forth with them . It wasn't until I got home @11 ( mind you I left at 5:30 am) till I finally talked to a lady that resolved everything. The washer and dryer didn't work properly and then was broke . It didn't have breakfast as was stated on website ,no ice , rooms were clean though.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! Called 3 times to confirm our check in and was notified the third time that they gave my PAID FOR room away!! I was left at 11 pm NO WHERE to stay with kids!! They had ZERO concerns about any inconveniences it caused me. “Yeah sorry we have no room” but I paid, “yeah well we have no room” PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! 150 mi radius was booked up due to LSU graduation so I mean NO WHERE to stay.
