OYO Hotel Hermiston OR, Downtown - Featured Reviews (455)
Not a great hotel, but not bad either. ||Cons: The place was well worn. Pot smoke everywhere in the halls. Swimming pool was filled in. Only half of the USB ports worked. Small parking area. No bathmat to keep from slipping in shower. Being disabled that scared me a lot||Pros: Great bed. Great location. Friendly staff. Cheapest rate I could find. Check in and out was quick. We were dead tired and Pizza Hut had a long wait so we ordered and went back to the hotel to relax. The front desk let the pizza driver deliver to our room. It was great we didn't have to meet them outside. ||Overall probably would not stay again if with someone else, but if by myself I would.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE. I've literally traveled across the whole country. Our room had black mold in the bathroom, the TV was broken, black hairs all over the supposedly clean sheets. The manager on duty wouldn't do anything for us at all. The room was filthy and disgusting. Will never stay at an OYO ever again. The manager said I should wait till next week to contact someone about a refund or discount. Completely unacceptable attitudes and presentation for the hotel at all. Don't forget your hiking shoes, you've gotta park a 1/4 mile away from your room and hike all your stuff back and forth.
While just driving through, and needing a bed for the night before driving again the next day, we were looking for a budget option. This one was half the price of the discount hotels/motels in Pendleton. A slight drive of the 84, but what the heck, right? We got our good night sleep without any issues and had a good Chinese dinner at the restaurant in the same parking lot. It was a decent value.
Never will stay in another OYO hotel again. The floor turned our feet black, headboard falls off randomly, smelled of cat pee in the hallway, was told to come online for a refund and OYO app only gives me option to click on options and not talk to a representative. Unless you book a “premium” room there is no coffee or anything of the sort. Had to track room service down for towels. Ac leaked through the wall onto floor and left a very large puddle under the bed so when me and my family woke up our luggage was soaked and soggy… -10/10 DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Absolutely disgusting!!! I went in room found bugs crawling on floor and on counter top. Bathroom had mold. I wouldn't stay I turned around and walked out slept in my car. I wish I could leave negative stars.
The hallway had not been vacuumed for some time, I was a bit worried. However,
I had a clean room. It was an adequate size and had the necessary amenities. I was in the very first room next to 395. I do not live where there is traffic all night, not used to noise during sleep hours, the truck traffic on the hwy was noisy. Nothing that can be helped but an FYI for those that might need a quieter room.
I have no idea why the reviews are so bad on this motel it has to be nothing but Karens and drug addicts. This is one of the nicest little budget motels I’ve stayed in, especially for the price! LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS PEOPLE how the hell are you expecting Hilton rooms for $50/night!? 😂 the rooms were super clean, the motel was quiet, no damn bugs or nothing, the service was exceptional from start to finish even when I extended my stay an extra night because work got extended. All three of the front desk ladies were super polite, Hortencia was who I dealt with when I first checked in and she went above and beyond she is fantastic! I will 100% be staying here anytime I work in Boardman or Tricities areas again.
Floors were not clean and there are cockroaches in every spot of your room. Location is convenient.
The best salon I've been to in years so clean they changed their bulbs regularly and the people there are so nice and respectful they do everything to make sure to help you I can call 10 minutes before my appointment if I have to cancel and reschedul
The shake was great and waitress let me change the flavor with the cheescake! Had the mushroom, and it was really good. The fries are thin but don't let that scare you. They are really good. Wife had a lettuce wrap burger being glutten free and no pr
I had the pleasure of visiting this charming locally owned sub shop, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and cheerful hellos. The welcoming atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. We ordered a large
