Positive: Nothing because I booked a room at 10:37pm and never got to stay because the hotel nor the booking information had additional information stating to call or get there before 11:00pm. Negative: Of course! I did not like that I arrived for a check in and the hotel lobby was closed for checking in 23 minutes after I booked it. I definitely do not like that I did not get a refund after reporting the error on their part.

I booked room for my crew. It was 2/10. Air conditioner was good. Shower was decent. Staff sucked. Degenerates living in the back of the building. Roaches everywhere.

Stayed there for just one night. Saw a few roaches in the room, the fridge had a fishy smell to it, and the bath had no drain. However the bed was made nice and everything else was pretty clean. The website is a bit misleading as the pool and restaurant are NOT open. This is the kind of place you'd want to stay at only if you absolutely needed to. Otherwise, it's not worth it.

I definitely don’t recommend staying here, I stayed on 4th of July the owners had people popping big fire works close to the rooms & all night til 3am I even heard a gun shot go off when I was checking in & the owners heard it but didn’t say anything or do anything. When I checked out the next day the lady said I had to wait for my deposit to check the room first (which was understandable) a guy then called me back 5 mins from leaving & said my deposit was non refundable & never told me why! I asked him why not? He act like he didn’t hear me, so I called back the lady at the front desk answered & told me it was non refundable also but they still wouldnt tell me, than she finally told me cause my son PEED on the bed!!!!! I told her WHAT?! Y’all knew I had kids & act like the sheets can’t be taken off to be wash MIND YOU there was a sheet linen so nothing goes through the bed! In her exact words she told me “I have kids and they don’t pee in the bed” my kid never pees in the bed & I don’t know why he did this time BUT still I couldn’t get my deposit back because he PEED??? I would understand if something was broken or something was missing. There was a lot of people out making noises with fire works literally to their room doors, people that look like was on drugs walking around & closing their doors hard! But I couldn’t get my deposit back because my son peed! The rooms were already dirty one of the walls had stuff on it the towels were nasty & it look like they were using the same soap cause the lid was off when I checked in my room, the door barely closed & the microwave & fridge was filthy. I don’t recommend they are unprofessional & the place is nasty & seems like it’s full of people of drugs.

Felt I was going to be stabbed in the middle of the night and left. Beyond filthy, no TV, lock kicked out, was told it was the last room available that night when parking lot was empty, clerk took photocopy of my credit car for security deposit. left very early and no one to check out. paid in advance with Experian and no refund for second day, Rats floating upside down in empty pool. Building and management/ownership need complete Renovation and property clean up. Please delete this hotel from your listings. Do not at any expense STAY there.

There is alot of work happening with construction and renovation but they are not ready to be open yet. The door to the room would not secure and could be pushed open from outside. The bathroom door also would not close all the way. The sheets and towels are a dark grey which did not instill alot of confidence for their cleanliness. Given some more time they may be able to finish getting the place ready for prime time. The front desk closed right after we checked in and didn't answer the phone when we tried to check out a few minutes later.

While the exterior seems like a run down cheap hotel, the interior is spacious and beautiful for the weekly price. Staff are bi lingual, Spanish and English. Ms. Franchesca( I apologize if misspelled.) is AMAZING. She's direct, but polite which you don't see in very many people. Been staying here for a bit over a week. Everyone is accommodating. They provided me a reasonable roof over my head so I can get control over my life after a cps case obliterated my marriage resulting in a divorce. OWNERS NEED TO FIX THE POTHOLES!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my 42 years on earth. Room wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Bathroom was unusable due to mold and being so filthy. Tub faucet would not turn off and had a hole in it where running water was leaking into behind the tub. An electrical outlet was broken and had wires exposed. The pictures from the hotel website are absolutely fabricated as to the true condition of the rooms. I would NOT under any circumstances stay in this hotel if I was paid to do so. It was uninhabitable for myself and my family. We left within 30 minutes of check in. The manager refunded the deposit that was collected on site and I have requested a full refund through the booking site I used to book.
