Very clean and comfortable. Had a microwave and a mini fridge. The furniture was like new. Could've used a cheat sheet for the TV remotes. The front desk person was a bit gruff. Great location, easy freeway access. Overall, a very positive experience. Would stay there again.

Great room size. Everything was clean. The a/c was great. The bathroom was spotless. I liked how the toilet seat had a paper strip across it showing it was cleaned. I was impressed. Definitely staying here again. The only thing I didnt realize was there was a $100 deposit. Must have slipped my eyes when booking but shortly after arrival, I went back online to check and there was the deposit notice. But apart from that everything was good.

It was about 100$ for the night, so I'm in no shape or form expecting Hilton quality. However, it was very apparent that our room (109) was in poor condition. Trim boards around the doors were falling off, the toilet seat was not secured and slid around in use, the toilet's water inlet was missing an escutcheon. The walls of the shower had holes poorly covered with caulking that were clearly allowing water into the walls. The staff was nice, but were unavailable when we needed to check out.

When arriving to the establishment, the desk person seemed to be more interested in other things. Not very welcoming and it was a very uncomfortable feeling. When arriving to the room 112 it just felt dirty, the floor was lifting in spots and uneven, sheet had brown stain, vents covered in spider webs, which led to a very large spider in toilet when using the toilet. This was very disturbing! Unfortunately the way treated when checking in we went about our stay as we did not want too continue that uncomfortable interaction. We were in our room long enough to sleep and leave as soon as possible. We come to see family as we do 6-8 times a year and wanted to try your establishment but with this experience I doubt we will be returning to stay.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The front door was falling apart and the lock was broken. The bathroom door would not close. There was paint dripped and overstay absolutely everywhere. Some white powder was all over the curtains and the internet router fell from the ceiling hitting my boyfriend while we were sleeping. The staff was terrible and didn't seem to care when we brought these issues to there attention. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I understand this building is under going a remodel but it should not be rented out untill the room is completed. This was the worst motel we have ever stayed at. There was so much wrong I don't know where to start.... When I booked on line it said complete cost paid but when we got there the motel charged our card $100 cleaning / damage charge ( refunded in 48 hrs) There was a 6 ft. standing poster in the lobby explaining there policies. The young girl at the desk couldn't find our reservations and wanted to charge us a walk in fee ( which was $30 more) So we just stood there at the desk and reserved on line. She went to the back somewhere and when we were done we had to yell numerous times that we were finished... No bell or buzzer. She gave us our key cards and when we asked where the room was she said " down the corridor to the left" no map. When we walked in the room we were surprised at the condition... There was paint peeling off the walls where the old furniture had been, the floor was warped and peeling and had been nailed down in spots, the bathroom door had holes in in like someone had hit it multiple times ( we reported this to the front desk in fear we would be charged for this damage), when we used the toilet it plugged up and when we reported to the maid (who was three doors down the hall) she handed us a plunger, the remote to the TV had been previously taped closed and was sticky to hold, the bed and pillows were so hard we thought the warped peeling floor might be softer, there were no extra blankets even if we did try to sleep on the floor, The only " good quality" to this place was the AC worked fantastic. Needless to say we will never be staying here again and tell everyone we know not to stay there. This was the first OYO we have stayed at, we may consider trying this chain one more time but will be very selective about the location

The mattresses were at least from the 1960’s or 70’s you could feel the springs when you laid down. The lady at the front desk was very polite and nice at our check-in we stayed 2 nights . When I asked for extra towels they wanted the others however that was not possible because they were being used and they had to have an explanation. The rooms are very old and there was a older guy that always stood outside all day.

I did not feel safe here. I was not going to risk a $100 room deposit for a bathroom door with holes punched into it, a duty hair brush behind the towels, an earwig big crawling on the rug. I left to get my deposit back. I've placed my concern with the customer service to be elevated for a full refund. I have yet to be contacted, when their policy is 48 hour return.
