It was dirty no clean towels,TV didn't work and the phone had no service They have a no refund policy so I had to stay worse motel I've ever stayed in

We had a Extended Stay at OYO. The bed was comfy, room was clean the price is right. The manager is a rockstar. She was always very kind. No matter if it's cause we needed fresh linens or because we locked ourselves out at 11pm. I have no complaints about the OYO. If need be we'll stay here again.

don't stay at the Altus Oklahoma hotel. It says Knights inn. absolutely nasty they gave us 2 towels for 5 days and 4 nights, one wash cloth for my husband and I to share. the roof is falling in, the carpet is so nasty don't walk on it without shoes on, no trash cans and bugs in the tub. Not once did we get our sheets changed, the pillows was nasty. I would give this place a 0 star but I can't. I also have stayed here back in 2020 and it was a nice place.

It's a good motel for the price I suppose. I ended up working late so I arrived late. I understand it was 1 a.m. when I arrived but the phone was turned off so I couldn't call to check in. I work 10 hours and then drove three almost four hours. I was tired and ready to lay down luckily two ladies come out of a room I guess they are employees but they checked me in got me taken care of I'm very thankful for those ladies by the way other than that it's it's a pretty decent day it's quiet and it's clean

Worst management nightmare. I worked my best to manage this property with no pay at all for several months, then the pay was well (disgustingly) below minimum wage, I bought the laundry supplies and cleaning supplies with my own money, lived in squaller, paid the employees from my own monies and often paid from my own monies for the housekeeping staff's lodging. The housekeepers we're always late and I received several complaints. The owners chose to move them in to management. Lol. Good luck. No stars.✌️

If I could give this place a -5 star that's what it deserves. This place is the worst hotel I have ever been too!!!! Don't ever make reservations here cause there might be a chance you will have to pay to stay at a different hotel. The owner is never in the lobby and he don't ever answer the phone. He has a note on the door saying he is remodeling and has 13 out of 40 finished. If my room was considered finished it was disgusting. No towels in the bathroom or even toilet paper. The floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in a long time. If you do decide to stay anyway ask for room 236 cause I cleaned and sanitized the whole room.

just left there and this is the most Horrible! place in altus oklahoma to even stand in! the front desk clerk didn’t have anything done correctly in the room one room was supposed to be vacuumed but the vacuum was “broken” but as soon as i got there it magically! you can tell this is a place for most dope heads to sleep because that’s the only kind of people this place is comfortable for! -0 is my rating don’t go!!!!

This is the worst experience I have had. When i went to check in they didnt have my room ready and their computer was down. The room was so disgusting I requested to check out the next day instrad og staying for 5 nights. I ended up getting charged for 5 nights even though I only stayed for one. Then I received a second charge for the one night. Save yourself the trouble, you dont need a room this bad, no matter the price.
