I was very impressed. I had a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant very tasty with good selections. The staff were very friendly as I checked in and when I checked out. Will definitely go back. It was a great stay!

We always receive excellent service at the Oxford Suites, Silverdale location. This time Nina, Front Desk, and Leona, Bistro, went above that! I was booking a last minute room online when the site stopped me and stated the hotel was now full. I immediately called the Silverdale location directly and spoke with Nina, who let me know there was a King room available. I grabbed it! It was for me, my daughter, and grandson so it was perfect. We arrived at the hotel several hours later and Nina knew who we were right away. She got us settled in quickly c all the while being friendly and kind. ||At the bistro the following morning my daughter asked if the sausages were pork, which she cannot have, they were. Loena asked her if she could have turkey and let her know she would get her turkey sausage and would bring it to her. Which she did all the while she had a genuine smile. ||I have stayed at the Silverdale location several times and the staff are always friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and welcoming.

The location is close to everything. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was outstanding and they also give you a free drink at the bar for every night of your stay. In which we took advantage of every night and sat out on the patio area overlooking the water. I will be staying here again in the future.

A great place to stay! My family and dog were displace from our home and spent six weeks there. The staff was awesome and helpful in every way. The amenities were great and the food (at breakfast and dinner) were really good! The location is convenient and centrally located. It also offers access to walking to many different restaurant, coffee shops, and just along the water. I would highly encourage you to stay there. We are grateful for all they did for us!

This trip was fun, needed, it was last minute, but figured what the heck. I love my wife so much! We walked by the water, went to the casino, took a ferry. Even saw a whale! Well, i will end it know. Just needed to write some words. Hope everyone enjoyed.

Hoping for a decent gym? May want to consider a different hotel. Want a very comfortable bed and great AC? Check this place out. This hotel has some great features, but a few areas need improvement. Breakfast staff was SUPER. Rest of hotel staff were all very nice, too. The room itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked better than any other hotel I remember (I've been to many, many hotels), and the in-room fridge was a rare gem – it actually got very cold - probably colder than any =hotel fridge I ever remember. The room size was good, the in-room coffee was delicious, and the free breakfast was good and the food was a better quality than most with decent variety and the breakfast staff was super. The rest of rest of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful - except for one of the bartenders. Another bar tender was super. Choosing a hotel for the gym? Look elsewhere. The equipment was decent, but minimal and it was dirty and uncomfortably hot, especially in the summer as the t-stat was set at a high temperature which is not what you want when working out in a windowless room in the summer. no disinfectant wipes or towels provided in the gym. There was also a frustrating situation with the free daily drink voucher. We were initially told any drink was included, but later charged for one and the bar tender told us even before providing the oil that we chose the wrong drinks as they were not supposed to be free even though she told us they were. I even verified that they were part of the free daily drinks when ordering and she said that they were. She was dis-honest. Housekeeping wasn't daily as I was told would happen. We are a long, long way from the "can;'t go in your room" Covid era. They offered it at check-in, but only provided clean towels when requested one time not full service - did not even make the bed. Also had to ask for more tissues because there were three when we checked-in, had to ask for coffee refills, clean mugs and glasses, etc. I think Days Inn is better than this at a much lower price. Overall, the comfortable room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and great breakfast were highlights. However, the inconsistent housekeeping and issues with the gym and dishonest bartender about free drinks need to be addressed. That all said, I would still go back because the good far outweighed the not so good.

Hotel is quiet and in a good location across the street from the bay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Stay includes a drink in the bar in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They have rainy daze beer on tap from Poulsbo. Shout out to the friendly staff, they go above and beyond with great service - at the front desk, in the bar and in the kitchen. Really enjoyed walking down to the park and out onto the pier the evening we stayed.
