Spent 7 days there as my truck was in the shop. Fantastic friendly employees. Johnny, the breakfast server was always smiling. Seemed to really enjoy his job. Every employee from maintenance to front check in to housekeeping personnel were always in a happy mood. Hats off to management for keeping their employees in a great mood day in and day out.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a great place to stay.
Our double queen suites provided plenty of room and although there was highway noise, it was not loud enough to disturb sleep. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet was tasty and ample. The woman at check-in and guy serving breakfast were both very pleasant and friendly.||I liked the western theme of our room. The property is unique unlike so many chain hotels. The finishes are aging a bit. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Rate very reasonable in January. Would stay again.
We had one of the bedroom suites and it was a really nice size. The service was excellent. You could tell the staff enjoyed working there. The pool was nicely heated and hot tub was hot. The TVs were a nice size also. We would definitely stay here again in the future on another road trip.
The Beds and pillows were comfy! The three staff during our quick "on the road" one-night stay was so much more than I expected for our impromptu stop in Pendleton. The little "store" by the front desk made me happy for the opportunity to get a beer! All the staff were so kind and wanted to help...recommend for this town. Have stayed in a couple other hotels here. I would stay again!
We had a great stay at Oxford Suites! Comfy beds, clean rooms. Great Price! We have stayed at lots of hotels on our trip. This by far was the best. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious! The spa was amazing. Staff were very friendly.
Clean and comfortable. Love the evening reception with the free drink and the awesome hot breakfast. Front desk was very accommodating and helped us check in early because the weather and roads were so bad.
I pass through Pendleton regularly, and I always stay at Oxford Suites. Very convenient location off the highway, and despite the proximity, the room was quiet. The pet friendly rooms are very nice, with vinyl flooring rather than carpet. Great cooked breakfast - far better than average.
The bathroom was not cleaned very well and smelled like urine. Both the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff serving breakfast were friendly.

Front desk very welcoming and efficient. Room was small, very clean. Bathroom had very special shampoo,conditioner, body lotion. Nice thick towells. Bed comfortable.

Put alot of effort into making it a plea
My best friend and I showed up after having detoured 4 hours to avoid the I84 closure and were exhausted. We needed separate rooms because I had to work early in the morning. The front desk person was amazing and then the 2nd person at the desk later
An incredibly eye opening experience! We left with a completely different view of the history we've been taught compared to reality, so sad, and wished we could apologize to everyone on behalf of all the awful things we did to all the native tribes.
