Oxford Inn Hotel - Hotel in Ozark - 305 N 18th St, USA

This could have been a 5-star review...or at least 4-stars but...the operator of this motel evidently decided over-charging me by $20 was more important. When I checked in, I asked if they had a military rate, which they did, for a total of $79.45 for the room I got. Then they told me there was a $100 deposit, which I thought was excessive for the type of motel it is but ok...the total is now $179.45. I left at 5AM the next morning so I really couldn't physically check out as the office was closed...and I trusted them. After several days the charge finally cleared my credit card...for $99.45...$20 more than it should have! I've called twice during business hours but no answer; left a voicemail each time but no return call. I also sent an email...no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded the $20. It's unfortunate because this is a mom-and-pop establishment, which I like to support when I can. And the room was quite nice and clean and the area seemed very secure...off the I40 beaten path. Too bad.

Great Hotel, rooms are very updated and clean. Service overall was great. The parking area is well lighted. Front desk customer service was excellent, no issues. Over the phone, conversation and communication were excellent and clear, very helpful in preparation for my trip, and stay

Stayed here on 5/17. Owners were very friendly and communicated that their daughter was graduating that evening when I called to confirm my reservation. Explained they would be put of the office for a bit in the evening for this event. So I just arrived a little later. Upon arrival, check in was quick and easy.When I opened the door to the room I was greeted by a very modern and updated room. It was very clean, linens were fresh, bathroom was spotless. There desk area was super neat and held the TV inside a set of sliding doors. Microwave and fridge were also nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Should we find our selves in the area again we will be back!

Clean rooms with a great price. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Double bed was spacious and clean. Mini fridge with a microwave. Bathrooms were clean and up to date. Showers were hot and linens were clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Was in town working, stayed here multiple days. The rooms were very clean, location felt safe and was very quiet. Owner was extremely nice and check in was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was surprisingly pleasant. The outside can be a bit off-putting But the rooms were clean, fresh, no complaints

I went to this place last weekend with my husband and my father, such a great location, walmart is 5 minutes away, you can also walk to the restaurant next door, owners are pretty nice, place is clean, quiet, 15 minutes away from the Mulberry River, we will come back!

Awesome clean place! We came to visit the ozark with our kids to go hiking and swimming. We were a little sketched about staying in a “motel” with no breakfast, swimming pool or gym BUT the reviews were good so we decided to give Oxford Inn a try and we were NOT disappointed! The rooms are spacious, and clean! The beds are small (full size) but comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets in the drawers! The bathroom was spotless (even behind the toilet!) plenty of towels. shout out to the cleaners.the cleaning was outstanding and comparable to higher rating hotels. My only complaint is the unexpected $100 emergency deposit we were charged at check in. This set our weekend budget behind but we managed through it. Oh and I wish we would’ve stayed in room 108 because I heard it’s haunted 😅. Other than that great stay. Will return
