Up till now, the staff had always been fair & amenable to solving computer & network related problems without undue charges. But when I'm told the massive data I collected over decades ago on an older 40G external drive cannot be retrieved, getting charged a $100.00 to discover this fact isn't a customer friendly way of maintaining customer satisfaction.

These guys built our daughters computer for us. They gave us a timeline and they had the computer ready when they said they would. They are all very nice and knowledgeable when it comes to their trade. I'd highly recommend them to work on anyone's computer. We will definitely use them again!! Thank you guys for treating my family so well and taking care of our computer so quickly!!! 10/10

Bravo to Owasso Computer Repair. They accomplished everything I asked of them in the time frame that I asked. They were polite and had very good customer service skills. I would recommend their services.

Brought my computer in to update since the motherboard and cpu were old and the gentleman i gave it to took said nothing could be done but a different repair shop fixed my issue. Techs don't know what they are doing.

Had a lightening strike fry a few parts, these guys fixed it and went above and beyond to keep me informed the whole time.

My 2k computer was recycled and was informed I can’t get it back. My daughter is without her gaming laptop due to this policy. They also sell the laptop to a third party so they get more than their share of money and the customer is left without anything. Just because it’s a policy, it doesn’t make it right. Update: instead of reaching out to make it right, they stand on selling my computer to a third party company without my consent.

I took my laptop in to get the hinges replaced and they took care of it. They only had it a few days as they had to order the parts to fix it. It did not cost that much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The other computer places wanted a deposit down and it was going to take weeks. I will definitely use them again.
