Great service and fast response. I’m buying a home with a very quick close and needed an inspection within 48 hours. Matt was recommended to me and OverWatch Property Solutions really came through. I needed an inspector and after talking with a couple of others, including Matt on the phone, I selected him. He answered some questions before the inspection which was very helpful. He was at the home as expected. Walked through our concerns, answered questions and covered all the things he found of concern on our potential home at the end of the inspection on site with me.
