Bought Makita impact wrench combo set and there was no impact wrench in the box. Better check all the merchandise before u leave the store. They went to look for another wrench but I decided to cash out and get a refund. Wasted a lot of time. Not trustworthy

Well stocked & helpful sales people! Now open in the former Orchard Supply Hardware location, the new OSH is a great shopping experience. Wide aisles, lots of inventory, great nursery & plenty of helpful staff. I’m happy the store is open again. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Came in and bought a $5.00 stud finder didn’t work as well so I came in trying to exchange it not return it but exchange it. The cashier called a lady over didn’t get her name but I’m guessing she was a Manager didn’t bother to look at the receipt I had just purchased it less then 30 minutes ago. she was super rude saying she won’t be able to take it back due to the packing being ripped. I asked her to point at the return policy on the receipt where it stated ripped packaged items couldn’t be returned and she went on saying it wasn’t her policy but the stores policy. I myself run a retail store and customers always come in with open packaging we either return the item no questions asked or we let customers know when final sale items that can’t be returned. I took the time to take a look at your return policy and nowhere does it list that you have the right to refuse a return if the packaging is ripped. That lady does not need to be working retail instead of trying to find a solution for your customers she seems to escalate the issue further. I’d advise to get her better training on customer service she got so mad about the issue she finally said to just return it and walked away huffing and puffing.

Usually come in here and always spend a decent amount on misc items for plumbing stuff. As a matter of fact a very nice older gentleman helped me in the plumbing section on more than one ocassion hes a great guy. However today i went in to get some soil and compost, we were asked if we needed help. We said no, after that i went outside to get cart and continued shopping The lady in the garden center closed the gate (as if we were going to steal and run out or something) After we left we noticed the door to the garden supply was open again. Not gonna pay high prices to be treated as a thief. Was gonna buy a lime tree but it was twice as much as at the home depot. This whole being treated like im stealing is getting old Im an obese Mexican dude so it’s not like I look like a tweaker so who knows 🤷‍♂️

Good hw store, but they were out of what I needed

I purchased a solar floodlight here for about $20. I failed to notice that there was no written material with it, like a manual, and there was no brand name on it. I called Outdoor Supply to see if it could tell me the brand name so I could possibly find an online manual or any instructions. I gave the SKU number on my receipt, but no one there could find such a number. I was told to bring the item back to the store (it's 35 miles from my home). After the call I saw that there was no SKU number on the product. I'm wondering where the SKU number on the receipt came from.

I went to buy a circular saw asked for assistance No one showed up.

Love this hardware store. It has all the real things you need (like screws, tools, etc) and then all the things you never knew you wanted/needed (toys for kids, decorations, etc). It is very clean and has large aisles to walk through.
