We ordered last minute, curbside dinner, and received top-notch service from Ava. She took our order over the phone in a professional and confident manner. I knew the way she took the order everything would be right. When we pulled into curbside, she met us at the car, and was very professional again, but also super friendly and polite. When we got home, our order was 100% correct.Ava is awesome and deserves to be recognized for her stellar service!

Last night we held our annual Christmas party with our staff. Molly and Kristian went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect and on-time. We had the perfect amount of food to accommodate the entire event and everyone raved about how delicious the food was. We could not have done it without the help of Outback Steakhouse in Horsham!! Thanks so much you guys and we look forward to our next event!

Food was good for what you would expect from Outback. The so-called lobster tail was smaller than one breaded shrimp and was the cost of a steak. This shrinkflation is robbery. Service was 2 stars out of 100.

My daughters and I love to come here for a wonderful meal at a great price. But for us this location you have the friendliest staff with great attitudes. They rate higher for me than the food. You are lucky to have Antwone and Gianna they are exceptional. We will be back for the great service and food

The staff was very nice to me and my girls; from opening the door when we first arrive to seating us. Great place and awesome food. Dessert was the best!

Love the new location. We went in for lunch earlier this week and it took a while to be seated. No issue, the restaurant was barely 1/2 full. Took our waitress some time to come over. No issues. You could see the location was short-staffed and she thanked us for our patience. We waited close to an hour for our food and we ordered an appetizer. We asked about the appetizer and you could clearly see it wasn't on the table. She took it off, but it was greasy. Once we received our food (all from the lunch menu), 1/2 of the order for the table was warm. This is our second time at this location, but are not sure we want to return. Love the decor of the restaurant.

My food was horrible! I’m a norm at outback so I know what I’m suppose to get. I had to get take out so unfortunately I was unaware of how bad it was till I got home. I had the shrimp & steak Alfredo but they didn’t give me the steak. The shrimp had a slight smell that I thought maybe it was the season till I tasted it. The Alfredo itself made me sick. I couldn’t finish it & I only ate that lil bit cause I was starving (I didn’t eat the shrimp at all) lastly the blooming onion wasn’t done, I could still see the flour. The 2 stars is for the bar tender only. The ginger bread martini is a must try.

Went after church for an early lunch. The service was very good. The food, not so much. Three of the five things we ordered were prepared with too much salt! Spoke to the manager about our disappointment with the food. She did not offer to take any of the dishes off our bill, nor did I ask. I wanted her to hear what I was saying and not think I just wanted free food! I was planning to buy two $50. gift cards to get the extra $20 in bonus cards, but changed my mind. Also gave the server a generous tip.
