Outback Steakhouse - Steak house in Bridgeport - 3000 Meadowbrook Mall Rd, USA

My girlfriend and I walked in for a nice sit down dinner, me just coming off of a ten hour shift and taking her out so she could have some pretty good food. We got seated really fast ,but that was the only thing quick. We waited for about 15 mins for a waiter to even ask us what drinks we wanted. We left at the fifteen minute mark when they started taking the drink orders of the family that came in 7 minutes after us. I get you can sometimes get busy but if you can’t even ask what drinks a table wants before 10 minutes it is just down right laziness.

First time visiting this restaurant and we won't be back. Food was okay. Everyone received their food but one of us, and had to wait 15 min to get their food. We had no silverware, we had to go to empty tables and get pur own. (We asked 2 times for silverware) Our drinks were empty and we asked for refills, which never did get. If it har been busy, I would understand, but there wasn't but a few people in there. Waitress was nice, but she never followed up or came around.

If I could have rated less I would. The food came cold, the server was far too literal, and prices did not match the service whatsoever. Steak cuts were horrible, and they were cooked still mooing. The bread was half a rock, and after the server gave us normal fries despite asking for aussie fries, they gave us lukewarm barely microwaved cheese fries. I recommend eating out of barn, finer dining there.

Victoria was great. She checked on me, but wasn't at my table ever free moment. I was able to enjoy my meal and when I did need something she was there. Super nice. I love this place and have never had a problem.

Katy with the orange cat tattoo 😄 was very warm and personable to me and my wife. We go out to eat often and usually get let down, but the food and service last night was on point! Steak was cooked to perfection. Blooming onion was the best we've had in years, and the new hot honey margaritas are light and refreshing with a nice heat like apple pie moonshine.

We stopped by for dinner and were seated, but were never waited on, not even by the 2 waitresses who passed us several times. After being ignored for 30 minutes we got up to leave, we told the host we weren't served,and all the young man At the desk said was well have a nice day! El Rincon's service and food was great!

Had a really great meal and the service was exceptional! Our waiter, Henry, was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Even the manager stopped by, I think she said her name was Paige, as she wanted to make sure everything met our needs, which you don’t always see any more.

I tried the Mac and Cheese Balls for the appetizer. Pleasantly surprised. Alice Springs Chicken was wonderful. If you enjoy an adult beverage try the Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned.
