We always do take away and Julia has been assisted us couple times. She is a great deliver, waiting outside and greeting us. She always making sure we have everything we request extras before we left. When there is no doubt about the food we usually order, her service makes this outback even more outstanding. Thank you for great a service.

Really disappointed. We ordered a dinner from them quite a while back, to go. Unfortunately, we ordered a steak salad and the steak didn't come with it. A small, but annoying error. We called and spoke to a manager that was supposedly was going to make it right, and send some sort of voucher in the mail. Although they offered to remake it, turning around and driving 20 minutes each way was not a good solution. Candidly, we totally forgot until we were considering ordering from them months later, when we remembered the voucher never came. We called in to discuss it. The manager who answered, checked their records and found no record of it being sent to us. They claim they have even FedEx numbers detailing who they sent what. We were made to feel like we were trying to scam them for something...they made me feel like we were lying. Something we never experienced, because this is something we would never do. I got a lecture on their process, like I hadn't already been through it at the time the order was incorrect. I felt talked down too. I'm sure they come across people trying to game the system all the time, but we are not those people, so it felt really horrible to feel like we were trying to do that. It's not our fault the records weren't upheld correctly and/or the manager lied to us about sending something. It's not our fault the compensation never made it to us. This whole experience was really frustrating, and we will not be back. I'd prefer to give my business elsewhere. Oh yeah...and ordered a medium rare steak that came this time, but completely gray.

I'd been hanging onto some gift cards since last Christmas and conveniently, this location opened less than 5 minutes from my house. I brought my kids to have their first bloomin' onion, which they loved, and outback now has a little raised tray to put it on in the middle of the table. There are some good weekly deals as well. We came on a Wednesday and took advantage of the sirloin+side+drink deal for like $13. For the price it's very good. The bloomin onion was also still reasonably priced and made for a fun memory.

We stopped going to the former Outback Steakhouse, but we were curious enough to try the new Altamonte Springs location. I'm so glad that I chose it for my birthday. For a Friday night, the wait was brief, but I did call ahead, The atmosphere was pleasant, though as seniors, we would have preferred the music to be less overwhelming. Nevertheless, other positive elements overshadowed the music volume. Customer service was professional, yet friendly. The preparation, presentation, and flavors of the food were enticing. The loaf of black bread was fresh and hot enough to easily melt the butter. My husband was so enamored with his salad wedge that he had to finish every morsel even after the entrees arrived. Timing was ideal for me, because I had just eaten my last bite of a good Caesar salad, generously prepared with dressing and fresh parmesan without too many croutons. Our combos arrived hot and cooked to perfection. My ribs were tender, meaty, and flavorful. However, the extra barbecue sauce was a welcome addition, because it was s-o-o good. The baked potatoes were well done without being too crusty on the outside and garnished with everything (except sour cream, which I had requested to be omitted on mine). My husband enjoyed his coconut shrimp, and both steaks were tender, not overly seasoned, and cooked to the requested medium. We saved most of our steaks, while I added a rib and part of half of my baked potato for lunch the next day. Given my choice for my birthday dessert, I listened to the recommendation of our exceptional server and appreciated the generosity of the manager. A group joined our server in song and presented the chocolate tower cake, which was nothing short of magnificent! Enough dessert for a small group, we'll continue to savor every leftover bite. We definitely will be returning. As a retired teacher, I would not hesitate to give this restaurant and remarkable crew a well-deserved A+. Thanks for providing us with such a fine dining experience and birthday celebration! You all made my day more special.

We got the blooming onion block. The taste buds super greasy every time are server was great. But I guess as she got busy, she asked others to bring our drinks which we asked for them. After the food came, children order their food with our appetizer and they got their food last. Taste of the food was amazing though

My wife and I had our 19th wedding anniversary here tonight and got to say Elizabeth our server was absolutely amazing!! Food was on point and the drinks were exceptional good.

Love coming here when I don't want to cook. Can't go wrong with steak and beer. Our server Spencer was great and super friendly. Always made sure our drinks were filled. As a person who loves his bloomin onions and steaks, it's definitely a great Outback.

Had the best conversation with the hidden gem of Outback, Jack. Jack was working the whole restaurant and took the time to make me and my boyfriend smile 😃 and just wanted to be sure we were having a great time. Even in a busy restaurant, along with it being close to closing hours, he took the time to stop and speak to us and make us laugh. Along with Jack, our server Jackie was also great. We know she had a lot of tables that evening but she kept her cool 😎 and managed everything and everyone while bringing great service. It was a great date night with Jack and Jackie 😃.
