Outback Steakhouse - Steak house in Bloomingdale - 166 S Gary Ave, USA

Honestly the restaurant exceeded my expectations. Steak was pretty good! We received them a bit undercooked, but it was still really good so no complaints. Mashed potatoes were yummy ofc! The margarita tray was pretty good as well! My friends and I enjoyed that we could share drinks, it was fun! I liked the aesthetic of the restaurant it gave off very much steak house esc vibes. The waitress was very kind and genuine! She was very timely with her check ups and we didn’t have to wait at all to be seated, served, and taken care of. Over all great experience and would go back!

Prime rib is still excellent. The sandwich was okay. The bread is great. The Caesar salad yummy, and the premium Mac and cheese is delicious. Service was a little slow in the bar area.

Came by for a lunch on Sunday after Church, never been to an Outback but have been to other steakhouses. First off we got seated quickly which was great for the family. Edwin was our server and he was such a helpful person, recommend some foods since we had never been there and cracked some jokes, felt welcomed and appreciated which was great. The food was amazing!! I loved the burgers there. I hope to be back sometime but for my first time here it was a pleasure! Thank you to the staff there as well for accommodating to us!! We will be back without a doubt!

My wife's Prime Rib was cooked perfectly, arrived hot and was very tender and tasty. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my meal. A steak house should know how to cook a steak. The manager had it cooked correctly and returned it with fresh fries. My wife was done with her meal by this time. So long, mate.

Food is great, service has made great improvements. Server was very attentive but not overly so. Prices are acceptable. Manager stopped by to ask about service and food. Very nice experience.

Tuesday night not very busy which was good. Good good and good service. Possibility of our waitress being on the newer side. Some small mistakes here and there but overall it was as good experience.

It is my first time in this restaurant, the food is very very tasty and the service is very friendly, the waitress treated us the best and there was not much waiting, the food was very tasty for lovers of steaks and other proteins and the bread was very tasty and well made everything very rich

Nothing good can come from this. Positive, manager visited many tables including ours that night. Negative, manager never came back when we needed him. Food was served cold and steaks were cooked incorrectly for 2 of the 4 at our table. Sent 1 back. Waited 20 min for refire. Entire table was done when I got my food and it was rare. I order it medium. Fatty horrible cuts of meat or paper thin cut? For 30.00 you shouldn't be serving things that look like this. Also, this entire restaurant is on a diet. Smallest portions I have ever seen. Want cheese on your salad here a 3 tiny strings. Want ranch here is half a ramican for 4 people. Loaded potato...where?? Had to ask for more butter just to eat it. Side of sour cream...if your lucky! Would not return, will not ever recommend and if you do...I told you so! One of the worst resturant experiences ever...literally ever. Service, well their on a new system so good luck getting drink refills, your table bussed or anything you need during the meal. Dry nasty mac n cheese. Just noodles and breadcrumbs ...no cheese at all. Expect to be rushed to order everything and never see that person again.... failing! Service is poor and I usually never say that. Literally the best thing about this meal was leaving! It only sucks that it costs 300.00! Not worth it at all. You have been warned! Worst outback location ever.. in the history of bad restaurants this one takes the cake! Oh and we were celebrating a birthday... was never mentioned..
