Outback Steakhouse - Steak house in Middletown Township - 740 NJ-35, USA

This didn't look like a general outback. The decor felt more modern but it was very nice. Clean, friendly staff, and the food was tasty. Never skip out on dessert it was delicious 😋.

It's been a really long time since I've been to Outback, we spontaneously stopped at this one on our way to Red Bank. I'm glad we did, the food was awesome. We started with an appetizer of steak cheese dip which was really good. We then had the clam chowder. It was a very generous portion, had a slight kick but not too much, and was simply delicious. For dinner, we split the 22 oz porterhouse steak. The steak was great and exactly what a porterhouse should be. The staff were all very friendly and we had a very enjoyable dinner.

We had dinner at the Outback in Middletown NJ. The atmosphere is plain and boring. No decorations for the holidays. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin steak, with no spices and medium. ($17.99)I got the mashed potatoes which were good. Half of my steak was okay, the other half was tough and could not cut it.I told the waiter and he said he would get me another one. I got another steak and it looked like a better cut, along with to-go container . I ate a piece and it has the horrible seasoning on it. I couldn't eat it. I told the waiter and he apologized. He gave us the check and it included the steak . I said that maybe you could comp the steak. He didn't look happy about it, but he did get it taken off and I was happy about that. My boyfriend got grilled shrimp and steak over fettuccine Alfredo.($26.99) He didn't like his either, but ate it. The shrimp were overly seasoned and the steak a little tough. Our waiter was good. I don't see why this place gets so busy. We will never go back there again. ..

Ordered from Uber eats. It was terrible. I ordered a burger and fries. Received about 10 fries. My size loaded potato was smashed on top of my fries and the side for the loaded potato were barely existent. And Outback told me nothing they can do for me. Will never get outback again

Just had dinner with my husband.. everything was outstanding! The service was incredible the timing of all the food was perfect and the food was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful night out!

Food is just OK now all fast food restaurants like outback seem to be serving premade frozen meals. It’s good to go once in a while.

I live in NY and this is literally the best Outback I’ve ever had !!!! Jack was absolutely the best waiter ever. if you’re around , GO HERE !!

I had dinner with my family here Saturday 12-02 -23 : Sangria was good and that’s where good ended with the meal; I ordered a Bone-in Ribeye with Aussie fries , as soon as it was put in front of me I knew it was going to be bad; I picked up a French frie and it was cold and must have been sitting over 30 minutes so I send em back, The rib eye had a band of fat around the whole steak & after I cut it away I start cutting into the meat and all the way through it was full of tendons and tuff with a spice kick of heat and lacking salt or any other seasoning it was horrible, ate this point I wasn’t going to send it back and wait 20 minutes for another pot luck steak so I chewed thru a lousy $31.99 steak and told my wife I’d never eat here again and she agreed with me, we originally planned to go to Texas Roadhouse on Rt 35 north a few miles back but she wanted the steak and lobster special they were having and she liked it; obviously the kitchen crew doesn’t care here to send out a ribeye loaded with tendons & cold French fries at 5pm where the dinner crowd was just starting on a Saturday Night; I’ve never been disappointed at TexasRoadhouse and their Steak is always Tender and Delicious and the food is always hot and not sitting around-NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!
