Outback Steakhouse - Steak house in Castle Rock - 4687 Milestone Ln, USA

The food and servers were great. Food was amazing and cooked to my exact liking. No errors and was one of the best stakes I have ever had.

Stopped in late. Bartender was the epitome of a bartender, name was Heather. Very accommodating for late in the evening dinner time frame. Was prompt, courteous and professional. She seemed to know what everyone wanted before they asked. (What a breath of fresh air after a long day) would recommend for anyone especially after a long day .

This is now the 3rd time in the last 4 times that i have placed a togo order and i get home, then a few hours later i sit to eat and my order is wrong. After paying 50$ on a togo order i would expect it to be right and its now 3/4 being wrong. Ill be calling tomorrow when they open to speak to a manager because the meal i received isnt something i would have ever paid for.. I ordered a toowoomba salmon w / extra shrimp. First off my order didnt come with any of the cream sauce and shrimp like it should- instead they gave me 4 pieces of shrimp on a piece of toast? Paid extra 7$ for extra shrimp and didnt even recieve the main parts to my dish.

I recently had an amazing customer service experience! My server Julia, was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my needs, provided prompt assistance, and made sure I left satisfied. The exceptional service made me feel valued and appreciated. Kudos to her! My husband and I will be back!👏😊

I am so impressed with Beth’s energy, customer service and attention to detail. She asked a few questions and created the absolute best Old Fashion I’ve ever had. The added smoke was an unexpected touch. I told her my Dad would have loved it! I’m already planning my next trip! The food was cooked to perfection.

Didn’t realize takeout was a silverware upon request thing, also is it hard to not do crusty bread with the take out order? Steak was awesome, chicken was good, hard to eat by bare hands tho. At least throw a customer napkins

We had kobi as our server the other day and he did awesome! He was very polite and had a great attitude. He made my day and made me want to come back. I love this community!

Outback is one of my favorite restaurants and everytime I go with my family or friends the food is always incredible! Our server this past time there was Kobi and he was so nice and made sure we were set with everything we needed! Will be coming back soon!
