Outback Steakhouse - Steak house in Maplewood - 1770 Beam Ave, USA

It seems like every time that we come here for dinner, it's always a pleasant evening. Our wait was about 10 minutes, but the food and service were quicker. Our waiter was awesome and kept our drinks and bread full at all times. I had ordered the ribs and sirloin. They came out pretty quick, and everything was cooked to perfection. I seriously have never had a bad experience at this location. 5 stars for sure. The only bad thing is that my belt size will get a bit bigger.

Food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a system in place so when something was ready, the first available waiter or waitress would bring it to the table instead of waiting for the main assigned waiter to bring it every time.

My recent dining experience at the steakhouse left much to be desired. The disappointment started with the side dish – the cheese on my potatoes was not properly melted, and to make matters worse, the potatoes arrived cold. The asparagus also fell short of expectations as the ends were left on. The overall presentation of the dishes was lacking, and I couldn't help but feel that it could have been done better. However, I must give credit where it's due, and my server provided the only bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience. Their service was excellent. Coming from Texas, where high standards for steak and dining are the norm, perhaps my expectations were set too high. Sadly, I wouldn't consider returning to this establishment based on this experience

Food was delicious. Our server Aimee was amazing. knew everything about the menu drinks kept full and everything was brought out in a timely manner. She was the best

Blooming Onion is still amazing then ever! Happy to see they brought back the wedge salad which was amazing. Service was ok- not a fan of the lights that hang over the table.

Anthony was awesome. He was quick and made good conversation. Gave a good recommendation to my partner when asked. Update: 2 time going, there is more crew now, they where very kind and was very quick despite how busy it was.

The food was pretty good. The salads, bread and drinks were delicious. I ordered a medium Sirloin steak but it was more medium rare to rare. Service is pretty fast and the waiters checked up on us not too often. Atmosphere was nice and not too loud.

The last few times I've been in, the Manager ("J") has visited our table. Our experience was already going smooth each time, but J's visits have really made our nights. Once it was as simple as getting us an extra side of sauce and other times it's a very friendly visit and exchange. And we've been able to witness his guest-experience with other tables as well as seeing him support staff. The staff and service has always been great, and knowing they have a manager to back them up will ensure our return.
