Went with work colleague. Place looks beater than I imagined. Seated quickly. Greeted quickly. Salads came quickly..food was dropped off and then had to fight for attention..it isn’t a big restaurant.. Started well, ended poorly.
Hostess was definitely not a people person. Considering a hostess is the first face we see, you would hope they would be friendly and welcoming. Was rude about bringing a booster seat when we asked. I want to note before I continue, we were legitimately the ONLY people in the restaurant at 3:00 on a Monday. Our waiter came to take our drink order, returned promptly. Came back about 10 minutes later to take our food order. I had a question about my order and he was not friendly in his response. Our food came, it was mediocre. I got a Reuben, my husband a burger, and our son a grilled cheese. Fries were good, probably the best part of the meal. Our waiter did not return to ask how our food was, if we needed anything, etc. the next time we saw him was to give us the check. The nicest person we encountered was a girl rolling silverware on our way out. I’ve been to worse places, but I had higher expectations for here considering other reviews. I would probably not eat here again and would not personally recommend.
First time here, bar is large and very busy... We got seats at the bar and ordered the pub ribs and the hubby got the Andy wrap he said it was very good. For the price of the pub ribs $12.99 and amount it will Def be on my radar! Top it off with ribs being delicious yea I'll be back. The bartender wasn't super pleasant/ friendly.... But it looked like maybe she was having a bad day. 🤷🏻♀️ But she got everything in and out quick so that works for me. It's right on a golf course kinda hidden.
Went on a Monday for dinner. Large party of 8 and didn’t have a reservation. The hostess was fairly rude to us and gave us attitude for not having a reservation even though the restaurant was visibly open. Otherwise, the service from the waiter, bartender, and food runners was amazing. The food was great especially for it being cheaper than most dinner places. Recommend the quesadillas and the scallops, both were great. Got burgers and wraps too and they were solid.
Pub food with an emphasis on BBQ ribs, pulled pork. Ribs are their strong point. Other food items are pretty much standard fare - good but not great.
Decided to come here for lunch based off my Mom's recommendation. A hidden building with a huge parking lot set on a golf course with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Menu has a wide variety with a beer and wine list. I purposely didn't attach photos of the food because I'd rather anyone who is reading and hasn't been there see for themselves the HUGE portions of food that are brought out of the kitchen. I ordered the fish and chips and couldn't believe the size of the filet that hit the table. The chips were hand cut and tasted like warm Ruffles. For an appetizer, we had Scallops Gruyere which came out hot cheesy and delicious. There was a bit of a wait for the food but well worth it! Huge servings, hot, fresh, and delicious. Will definitely return.
I love this place! Delicious meals every time. I have been very satisfied with my choices every time. Attentive staff and peaceful setting. There is a nice bar area and a fair sized dining room. Reasonable pricing for the quantity of food.
Your chicken pot pie is absolutely perfect! Tender vegetables, large bite size pieces of tender chicken and sauce/gravy has great flavor with just the right amount of salt. The outside huge, "flaky" pastry covers the whole bowl going over the sides. Can't wait to get it again! 😋
