I used to love coming here all the time, their poke is the freshest I've had in the area. However, lately they have been closed the last 3 times I tried to come here. The first in early January (there was a sign that said closed til 1/17, ok whatever because of the holidays) then a second time on a weekday at 4:30 pm (online says theyre open til 6?) and a third time on a tuesday afternoon! Their phone number doesn't even work so you can't verify their hours with them. I understand things happen last minute but at least do your due diligence and post a working number and new hours/update them online so your customers dont keep wasting their time.
I used to be a regular at another nearby poke spot - but Osumo won me over. Their portions are good, price is better than competitors, fish is super fresh, and they have a good selection of toppings and sauces
It was my best poke lunch, everything is just top notch from the service, the atmosphere inside to the quality of the food, everything is very fresh and tasty, I will come here with my family and children

Literally the best poke I’ve ever had!! The ingredients are all very fresh. And there are many ingredients not seen at other places, for example, egg tamago( which is so delicious and sweet) and green apple. I also love the purple rice base, which is sweet and tasty. The sauce is also special and tasty. I highly recommend Miso Delight and Asian Sesame.
After large bowl you'll be hungry probably next day, not sooner. I tried many poke in SF/Bay Area, but this one of the best. Good choices, awesome fish and very friendly personal. Love this place. They were temporarily closed July 15 - September 15, but checking last weekend - they weren't opened yet :( Wish them all luck with it.
Great Poke! Everything tasted fresh and the lady working is so nice and friendly. They also give free Osumo Japanese Pancakes alongside the poke bowl Monday-Friday from 3pm-5pm and they are so delicious and yummy
