Osprey Pointe - Hotel in Miramar Beach - 9000 Heron Walk Dr, USA

We stayed several times. Initially it was really clean then we watched it deteriorate. No one was washing the floors so we had to purchase a mop and cleaners. The broom near the w/d looks like it was dragged down I-95 and little things like the tub faucet did not work. We bought a product to adjust the dishwasher squeak and light bulbs that were out. The furniture needs professional cleaning (dog smell) and the rug is simply gross. People check in, hide their dogs then open their doors and throw them in there. Then the dogs bark all day. Our standards are too high to stay here. We felt like we were sleeping in a dirty kennel.

Prefer beach side of resort. No food or drinks available without a drive to other resort areas.

We stayed at Osprey Pointe for three nights while our son was being born at the nearby birthing center. We had booked two nights and were able to extend for an additional night with no hassle. The resort staff was excellent in their ability to service us and make us feel welcome. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had a bay front view and were able to catch gorgeous sunsets and fireworks at the Village of Baytowne Wharf from our balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue we had was that the AC did not cool well in the master bedroom, but it was not a big deal. Other than that, the experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Osprey Pointe to anyone looking for a luxury resort in Sandestin.

My family and I spent Memorial Weekend here, and we had a great time! The accommodations were excellent - clean and spacious with everything we needed in both the bathrooms and the kitchen. We also loved the nature view from our balcony, which also overlooked an Osprey nest! All the amenities offered at the Sandestin Resort as a whole were fantastic as well...plenty of restaurants, swimming pools, and other activities to do! We also appreciated the close proximity and guest-only access to Miramar Beach, as well as complimentary bike rentals and pickleball time.||My only complaint - the abysmal tram service. There is a clear tram stop at the entrance of Osprey Pointe (at the roundabout), and we watched several trams (red and yellow lines) drive right past. One couple said they had been waiting for a tram for over an hour to get to the beach. My recommendation: skip the tram and just drive to Miramar Beach...there's plenty of parking available and it's a three minute drive. ||Overall great stay, just disappointed that the tram service was not as efficient as advertised.

The Condo was fabulous!! Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable! My sisters and I were down for my birthday, enjoyed the area so much!😎We enjoyed the Beach-side and shops located next to the resort!

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort exceeded my expectations. Upon checking in, Bereneice and Nicholas were so nice and accommodating! I initially wanted a pool view room but when I went to book they were all gone! At check-in, I was able to get a pool view room! (Rm 3301) The tram service really came in handy! It doesn’t take you to any grocery stores or malls, but everything is really close & Publix also delivers! The resort offers quite a few amenities, but I wasn’t aware it was only until 4pm daily! There were several pools we had access to but only utilized Osprey Pointe’s, which was really nice. Osprey offers both garage and open parking. We utilized the garage. Parking was a little tight, but not too bad! The resort also has different shops/restaurants/activities (ropes course, zip line, etc,) and a daiquiri bar in “The Village”. Please take advantage as you can spend a day there enjoying. My family and I enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return!

Great location for shopping and dining. They have a shuttle to take you back and forth to the beach side if you don't want to drive. The pool is small for how many rooms are available. Service was accommodating and helpful with my friend's last minute room.

Osprey is a decent place, spacious units but very weak on decorating and luxury. The furniture is very low grade and seating is very uncomfortable. Full metal bar stools is an example. Kitchens are reasonable equipped but do not expect toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels or cleaning supplies to be in your unit. You must bring your own. Worst of all is when you check out. They stick on a myriad of small fees that added up to quite a sum. They also sneak in a $50 per hour late check out fee. We booked in October for Xmas and when we checked in, no elevator. They expected us to walk up 4 flights until repaired. The pool was suppose to be heated but it was not for the first few days until more residents checked in and complained. I would give the structure a 4 star, the furnishings a 2 star and the management a 1 star. Greed is very evident at this place.
