I live out here, and there is no better place to live . I love ❤️ it here. We have been here since 2007. We are here to stay. Ocean Pond is a great place to come and have a great time.
Swimming, fishing, boating, picnic tables, grills for cooking out, and more. All around GREAT PLACE. GREAT FUN. For the whole family and friends get together. Even have restrooms 😃. Oh, also a hiking trail.
Great time riding trails. Plenty of water to get wet in. No bathrooms.
My second time out here. Trails are fairly well maintained, but without GPS and maps it may be hard to get around. I took my SxS and was able to do a good speed on the trails safely even though it’s two way trails.
There were about 10 Jeep’s, 20 SxS, and 15 quads. So not really much traffic at all. Could ride for hours and not see anyone.
There were a few places in my stock height RZR XP 1000 that I didn’t try to cross, so a few deep areas. I’d also say we really have only ridden 25% off the trail area. We’ll be back with more friends soon!

That was fun. Me and the Jeepskate played in the mud and even found some deep holes. Was super fun. Make sure you have recovery equipment. .e and jeepster swam a bit. She is getting g a snorkle next. But did amazing without.
Many trails to explore. Be carefull with some of the ponds.. one in particular looked fine. Was a couple feet deep. Then all of a sudden dropped. My sxs was stuck for a good while
Hade agreat time on the trails but be carful and don't trust a puddle they are deper than you think
