Osaka Teriyaki and Sushi - Japanese restaurant in Kennewick - 4101 W 27th Pl, USA

I was craving some teriyaki and I've never tried this place. It had good reviews so we decided to give it a try and we're so glad we did. O-M-G...was this food so good! It's by far the best teriyaki, I'd dare say in the entire Tri-Cities. I've tried a bunch of different teriyaki restaurants which have been okay. Osaka was just bomb. Everything was so delicious. I didn't get a picture of the egg rolls or my husbands dish. We wanted to try the miso soup and salad. Finally a place that puts enough dressing on their salad! Even gave some more on the side. All of the food came out in a timely manner. The server was nice and got our order right. I have no complaints. Just compliments! So delicious!! It's pretty far from where I live but it would be worth the drive! Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, quick service, hot food, delicious, decently priced, and very filling! When my bill came out, I saw that they didn’t charge me for my lemonade:,) I will definitely be returning. Also, their peanut sauce on their salad is INCREDIBLE.

I ordered a Philly roll and Washington roll. They slice the fish SO thin. My rolls were creme cheese and rice, with crab. I didnt pay almost $40 for a bit of rice and creme cheese!! Also, waiter forgot our drinks. Chef defended himself and didn't make anything right.

We were staying at the hotel across the street and ordered via door dash. We were told 55 minutes and it would be done. After 55 minutes and it’s still not done we walked over to see the status thinking they must be busy. There were three people in the entire restaurant with several staff just standing around. Got our food which had been ready (they didn’t update the app status). Once we got back it was obvious that our food had been sitting, because my noodles were cold and my chicken had been sitting because it also was cold. The food itself was good, but I am not satisfied with the service at all.

Just moved to the area, first time ordering from this place. When I went to pick up my meal, I thought they got my order wrong. It cost $40 for a roll and 2 appetizers. Which seems VERY high to me. Especially as the appetizers were just a egg roll and the cream Cheese Wontons. The meal was good. Though I ended up not liking the egg rolls. That's just a personal preference though, everyone has different tastes. So yeah, good food, very fast service as I only had a 10 min wait for my food. Staff was a bit dismissive and not very friendly. I knocked 2 stars off the rating as I was not expecting to pay FORTY dollars for lunch! That is WAY too much, and I felt blind sighted by it.

I wasn't positive about eating here as it seemed sparsely decorated and kind of empty, but after I tasted my food nothing else mattered! The food so delicious that first night that we got take out from there the next night! I was definitely NOT disappointed!!

Fast service got my food hot and in less then 10 mins The teriyaki sauce was amazing and tasted delicious the rice was sticky and perfect. The orange tasted great. The atmosphere was also great had music playing and the lights were dim. I’d recommend to go here. Good portion size too
