Osaka Sushi Steakhouse& Bar - Japanese restaurant in Muscatine - 1903 Park Ave Ste 48, USA

Enjoyed our dishes very much. We have eaten in person and taken food to go. Service for dine in can be slow at times (even when they don't have a lot of customers) and other times it is fine, like our last visit. The restaurant is dark and could use some upgrades to tables and decor. We have had the bento boxes, yaki soba, onion soup and some sushi rolls. Everything enjoyable and would definitely return.

Going with 4 stars because it's a dark environment and feels a little dated. I've ate here around a dozen times and really enjoy the food and because of that I'll go back :)

The service and food at Osaka was fantastic. Reasonably priced sushi that was delicious. I recommend the sweet potato roll - the tempura was perfectly crisp. Excellent stop for a quick lunch. My meal came out fast and I got back to work in plenty of time.

The food is really good. & prices are fair for the quality of food. The staff is helpful & friendly Lots of parking.

Wait staff was top notch! Three of us shared a party "boat". It's a great deal! The boat let's you choose four classic rolls and four signature rolls, just when you think it can't get better also comes with three soup and salad!! Our order was; C12 eel cucumber C19 super California C 16philly C21spider temp Mango summer Green dragon Muscatine Angry dragon. Everything was so delicious!! I especially found the mango summer mouthwatering!! I highly recommend!

Stopped in for an early dinner. Restaurant was quiet and low lit. The sushi was outstanding and presented beautifully. I rather wish it would have been a tad lighter inside though - I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. The wait staff were attentive and with the exception of the dim interior it was a great experience. We will certainly be returning.

If you're looking for a fabulous meal and experience, I highly recommend Osaka. They're NOT the buffet style, but an amazing sit down experience. Exotic foods, great service, and a calm quiet atmosphere. A bit more than a traditional dinner out, but with those flavors and foods, it should be! Kids menus available, but it's Japanese style kids meals. No chicken nuggets here, and that's a good thing.
