We love the various Osaka's. Love that this location is not attached to any other businesses. Hidden, but spacious. Great food, love watching them cook in front of us. The wait varies, sometimes we get right in, others we get seated and have to wait a half hour for it to start, probably because they want to wait for a group outside of 2 people to be seated, not a problem. So, note that unless you have a group of 4+ you will be seated with others at the griddle table. We love the fried rice, yum yum sauce and seafood. he food was fabulous, chef was so entertaining. Family friendly. Quick service from start to finish. Definitely a Birthday location. Parking at this location is easy and free. Probably my favorite location.

Walked in and saw it was pretty busy, they told us it wouldn't be an issue before seating us at a table. From there it just went down hill, 20 minute wait before they brought us water, another 30 mintues before they even took our drink and meal order. Then it was a whole hour wait before the first dish was brought out. Which was then followed by a couple other 30 minute waits before the next mediocre dish at best was brought out. Then to top it off the waitress brought the bill before we were done eating. Safe to say we're never coming back here again.

Osaka is always a fun experience, especially when you get a seasoned chef. It’s amazing to get to watch these chefs cook and entertain at the same time. And they always involve the crowd which is pretty fun. Hibachi shrimp, lobster and scallops with that shrimp sauce is always great. The hibachi dinners also come with rice, a salad and soup. Recommend if your looking for dinner and a show!

This was our first time here. The owner was very rude to our guest that was meeting us there. I thought it was very bad for a business owner to treat paying customers the way he did. Also, my husband left is credit card there. Called the next day and spoke with the owner. He confirmed he had it told us to come with ID to pick up. Once there he said he was on break and no one inside could give it to us. Granted we drove 45minutes to get there to retrieve. He then hung up the phone on my husband who was just asking when can he get his card. This was the rudest encounter we've ever had to deal with from a Restaurant Owner. We will never go back and we will let our friends know to not go there.

I went here with my husband and a friend yesterday for dinner. We ordered the hibachi dinner for lovers, a shrimp hibachi, and mango dragon roll. The sushi and the hibachi all tasted really good! The hibachi all came with an onion soup and salad. Then a hibachi chef grills the food in front of you on the hibachi grill that is on your table. He makes a show of the cooking and it was very entertaining as he tries to engage us to be a part of the show too. We noticed that there were many families with kids who had come here to celebrate birthdays. If it is your birthday, the staff come out with a gong and turn on birthday music for you. It seems like a good place to eat for all ages.

We had KO as our chef tonight, and he did an amazing job! He was entertaining and interactive, and he was so funny. It was by far one of our best experiences at Oaskas. Overall, it was a great experience!!

I have been here twice now and both times have been a poor experience. Even with calling ahead for a hibachi dinner for 4, we still waited about 20 minutes for a table. We waited at the bar for those 20 minutes and no one was at the bar to offer us drinks. After being seated, and remembering my last experience ordering sushi (room temperature sub par sushi), I opted for a vegetable hibachi which was average to below average. We ordered hot saki which was served in clear plastic shot glasses, one which was cracked and leaked saki. While waiting for the chef at the hibachi table, I was facing the light switch panel and control panel on the wall which controlled the stove tops for the hibachi and noticed them absolutely filthy. I have never seen something so incredibly dirty at a restaurant before. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that the coating on the panels was peeling off and blackened because of all of the accumulated oil and dirt from the chefs touching it daily with it not being cleaned. The floor was sticky, the menus dirty, a lot of dust accumulated on decorations, and the restaurant was clearly in a state of disrepair and unkempt. The Happy Birthday song blasting on the speaker every few minutes. They pass around a paper mache Japanese styled head for every birthday-celebrating individual to put on their heads while the overhead speaker is playing a happy birthday song and it is clearly not cleaned (I watched the head get passed from table to table multiple times). With all of this, the service was responsive but ultimately a poor experience and a surprisingly high price point for the experience. I would not recommend this place.

A reliable place to go for sushi! Osaka has a ton of options. If you go during Happy Hour, you’ll save a ton on rolls. I had a tasty pomegranate martini - very very sugary. Our server was super attentive to our table and made sure we had water filled up and tended to our needs.
