Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville - Featured Reviews (1541)
We had great food and a fun waitress at the restaurant. I had a very good margarita from the bar! Our room was awesome and the pool area was a real bonus,, so beautiful!! Everything was beautiful and all the people were very friendly. It was our first stay, but definitely won’t be the last . So glad I randomly chose this place for our nights stay 👍🥰
Check In was super easy and clerk was very personal and informative. Security is above par with room key required for hallways and elevator as well was rooms and cameras are everywhere. Rooms were spacious and very clean with modern decor. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Hot tub was very warm with a few jets but minimal jacuzzi action - still enjoyable. Restaurant was ok, nothing special but reasonably processed. Only serves a minimal breakfast Mon- Thurs which was disappointing Did not gamble but did notice a heavy smoke smell when.passing thru. Would definitely lately stay again. Great prices also.
Love the the pool area and the fact that they sell day passes since we're locals. The bartender Kelley we've had there is awesome but she needs some better help. The lady Linda that helps out down there complains in front of customers as she fails to make their drink then just comps the incomplete cocktail doesn't seem to care either. Food running seems to be a big issue and the bartenders seem left hung out there to get backed up. Waited an hour for a pizza and it had to have been just sitting upstairs waiting for a runner because it was cold cold when we received it. Luckily the manager was nice and replaced the pizza for us while she was down there. Would love to see the pool bar get a little more assistance that's one of the key attractions of the pool area. Beer out of the tap is warm at best every time idk if there's an equipment issue there. Also an attendant for the pool area might be a good idea saw alot of unsafe flips and gymnastics off of the hot tub into the pool. Also a near fist fight. Would hate to see a kid get hurt. Or maybe even consider and adults night since it's a casino. Seems negative but all in all we enjoy the hotel and casino just hopeful for the pool bar as it goes.
I love going here for the rooms and gambling! Everyone is so nice. The only complaint is the SERVICE at Sissortail. The food is excellent but no matter how much money you spend they just WON'T wait on you or if they do they rarely come back to see how your doing. We went to see Rockfiche (about 7 of us) and had to get most of our own drinks at the bar and our table (put 2 together)was so cluttered with glasses we eventually had to put some on another table. After we ate we never saw our waitress again. I had a $10 voucher that she took but didn't discount me for me. She never came back for me to address it. She took my ticket while I was on the dance floor and the $10 voucher.
Nice, clean and quiet rooms. The casino floor is small compared to others in Tulsa, but there is a wide variety of games to play. Even on a Saturday night it was not too busy and the atmosphere was pretty chill. The restaurant had a good selection and the food and service was great. The pool is closed for the season, but the hot tub was open and very relaxing. I do wish there were towels by the pool, it is a minor inconvenience to have to obtain them from the front desk. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here early April/2024. There weren't many people in the hotel, which was awesome! It was pleasant stay overall..
Oops 😬 wait.. The only complaint I had was the tornado 🌪 plan for the hotel. They sent us downstairs, through an outside area, into rooms that were still above ground. Honestly it didn't feel as if we'd be safe if the tornado hit the hotel. Other than that brand new, beautiful hotel with the nicest staff..
i worked here for a while since its foundation and walls. i loved crossland and can tell you its a well build building. its very unfortunate to see it seems like more of a money grab and ok restaurants (rino peppos?? a 2nd grader couldve made a better name) it was a very long time to build and many many days were hard, hot, or freezing cold. the owners seemed to be nice but its meant to make money. always keep that in mind. i was going to take a night here after open but its been 7 or 8 mo ths since opening and it has 3.8 stars plus indoor smoking (i dont vape or smoke) and the ok food reviews makes me avoid this. sad to see since i put a lot of effort (as well as countless others) when it was just a foundation
Great stay. Machines are super tight, but the rooms were very relaxing. The pool and hot tub were definitely top notch. The employees weren't too shabby either.
My husband stops every Friday for donuts and has always raved about how amazing they were. I finally got a chance to try them as we were passing thru and let me say he was not wrong. Can definitely tell they are made with love. The apple fritters are
You know we like to hit the breweries so we knew we had to stop when we made our annual trip to Woolaroc for the holiday lights. I really liked my beer, I got the Rice & Shine. It was light and refreshing. They have a wonderful game room with pool, c
Thrill seekers and budget-conscious families, rejoice! This amusement park blew us away with its wallet-friendly tickets and endless options for rides. From heart-pounding coasters to gentle carousels, there was something for everyone. The service wa
The whole area is very nice I just stopped so I could see the Price Tower. I'm a big fan of the Architect Frank Lloyd and this was the first time I have the opportunity to see his work in person (and yes I hugged the building don't judge me)
