I had a great experience at Orozco's on Alondra Blvd. My 2004 car was in much need of some fixing and I knew it wouldn't be cheap (engine, AC, etc.) That said, the cost was very easily understood with pictures and measurements so I was confident it needed fixing and the price seemed fair for the amount of work needed. I came back a day after I picked it up and had my exhaust 're-hung' at it wasn't level. They fixed this issue and ran through the entire car again to make sure everything they touched was working as it should after their repairs. In the end , I was very happy with the work and the price. I now have a new place to bring cars to get checked and repaired and feel confident it will be done right and at a good price.

Don’t take your car to this shop. They don’t know what they are doing. I paid over $10, 000 for them to fix my truck for them to put another engine and fix other things the truck needed fixed. It’s been months and they still can’t figure out what is wrong with the truck because even after putting in the new engine and fixing and replacing other thing the truck needed the truck keeps breaking down. We’ve been back to the shop countless time because they return the truck to my husband saying it’s fixed but he is back the next day because the truck breaks down. We took it back almost three weeks ago because again the engine light came on and the truck was not running properly and we have yet to hear from them. Not one phone call. At this point I just want a full refund and they can keep the truck. It’s been stressful and a big inconvenience for us because we thought they would do a good job. Instead they have cost us even more money than what we paid

When I brought my car in for a brake job and inspection of overall health of my car that while it is 15 years old it has 27K miles. They gave me a ride home, very cool as it save me a Lyft. They gave me an overall estimate for addition work and did so with an internet connection so I could see what was recommended and the cost which was incredible helpful. I approved the work and when finished they picked me. I am please with the work and my car is almost exactly like it was when I bought it 15 years ago.

They had left my gas tank, super clean, and they left it in great condition they didn’t mess it up. They were pretty quick and efficient most definitely go back again

My Toyota Prius V, it's become a mechanical mystery. The week before, down the street I had an oil change, later Downey Penske, tire rotation, both places I asked about some shaking that's random, no matter the speed, acceleration, deceleration, steady speed, it shakes. Penske said needs a new differential, over 7k to replace. My car is for work, so I drive alot, it has almost 217k miles. I decided to try here and it did take a while, but unfortunately they were unable to diagnose the problem. Edward was honest, they couldn't pinpoint the problem, besides a worn engine mount . It was worn, not broken, so he didn't recommend replacing it. My car was there for over 5 hours, I was assured it wasn't the differential, to keep driving, maybe when & if the problem gets worse, they can then get a correct diagnosis. There was no charge, so I was glad for that. Very happy with the time they spent on trying to find the cause of the car shaking. I do recommend this place, so call them if you need your car serviced.

Took my truck to BellfIower, paid them over $10,000 to rebuild the motor of my truck, replace the clutch, among other things that the truck needed. They told me it was ready. I was back within 3 days because the truck was not running good. It turns out it was a problem with the clutch, they kept my truck for over 2 weeks to fix the problem. Once again they told me it was ready but again I was back the next day because the truck was stalling and had no power. They told me it was a sensor, the sensor was replaced but the truck is till not running good. They have my truck parked waiting for the mechanic to get to it, because the have new paying customers coming in and of course they are the priority, but I've already paid and still waiting for my truck. This has gone on for months. I'm not going to deny that the staff is super friendly but I am not happy with the quality of work and the fact that I am still waiting for my truck even though I have already paid in full.

Orozco's cleaned, repaired, and refinished the gas tank from my classic car. It's a big old tank that had a lot of rust, and not easy to replace. Robert looked at it, said it was in good condition (really... did you see it?!), and said the cleaning service would probably be enough. They acid wash it, scrub it out, do some magic, repair any pin holes, pressure test it, and paint it. If too much to repair, then it would need the full "renu" service (it didn't, even though I was expecting it). It was ready in a week, and drove back up to get a shiny clean new-looking tank! Inside was amazingly clean, original metal. Outside was painted heavy duty paint, and looks nice. After I installed it, no leaks, no problems, car started up, and no rust ruining things! They're friendly, professional, only pleasant surprises. Highly recommended.
