Orlando Marriott Lake Mary - Hotel in Lake Mary - 1501 International Pkwy, USA

I’ve stayed at a many courtyards in my time and this location had an exceptional staff. Caden from the front desk was very kind and made the experience great. Along with Caden the bistro host Yolo was also wonderful and they both seem to really enjoy their job. The hotel is currently under construction and Caden apologized for any inconveniences but assured him that was not an issue. ||I shared my room with my mother and grandmother and we had plenty of space. Having 3 women in a room can be tough but this was not the case. ||The clean room and awesome staff are a great reflection of the Marriott brand the hiring staff at this location. I will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of things to do in the area. Travel times are nice and quick. However, the hotel staff at the front desk were hard to work with, as they messed up my pass to the club and put it on the wrong room. This mistake led to a staff member causing a big scene during breakfast and resulted in me being removed from the club room. Additionally, the club room did not have drinks or snacks like usual, and they also failed to provide me with towels for my stay.

Amazing experience. Fresh food. VIP lounge had snacks on the go 24/7. The driver was absolutely amazing. Looked after us giving us tips of places to go and making sure we returned back to the hotel.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in some time. Stayed two nights. The first morning, I was woken up by extremely loud vacuuming at 5:30 am outside my door. Called down to the main desk and I was informed that a water main had broken on a floor above me and that it was the cleaning crew making all of the noise. I was offered another room but I'm already awake at that point and didn't feel like hauling all of my stuff to a different room. I would expect some other type of consideration from a so-called 4-star hotel. For example, a voucher for their extremely overpriced breakfast would have been nice. The second morning I was woken up again. This time by a knock on the door by the hotel cleaning service. It was around 8:00 in the morning. I was checking out that day so it's puzzling why they would even have the room on the schedule prior to checkout time. Also, the day before, the hotel cleaning service came by at 5pm. Their timing felt like it was intentionally at the worst possible times to attempt to clean the room.

To upper management or GM, thank you for allowing me stay here for the past 5 day from Australia. I have found a really nice guy a gem in your Bellman, jay balanay. He have been kind, profession, helpful, and he is my friend now. I will come back to stay and look forward for his all his help and great authentic conversations. I wish & bless to be an employee of the year. See you in a month and thank you again.

Very nice hotel, especially considering the cost... The hotel does host a lot of events and since one was going on here during our one-night stay, it was very busy. But it was still a great stay. Another plus, the pool is larger than it appears in photos. Our daughter loved it!

A very nice hotel, in a great location! The hotel was staffed with the most polite and professional staff, from reception to the maid staff (5-star staff). The rooms were well furnished with upscale finishes, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and designed in such a way that you can easily walk to several pubs and restaurants, or just walk around and sit on one of the many benches and listen to the birds or water fountain. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my anniversary. Kudos to the entire staff at this location! Marriot should have you visit some of their other locations and show them how it is done! ❤️

The stuff here is amazing. Quite friendly always helpful. Nice pool and hot tub great fit in the center even has a little laundry room for those who staying for a while. Restaurant with decent food. Bar open till midnight. 2 minutes from i-4. About 30 minutes from downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Many restaurants and bars right on location. Rooms are comfy new modern. And did I mention how nice the staff was!?
