I was very happy with the real-time phone support and the ease of installing a temporary application that allowed tech support to see my screen but then notified me that it had closed out when the call ended. They were able to solve my problem quickly by changing and then resetting permissions and guiding me through the steps I needed to take. 5 stars is due to the fact that I am the only macbook in the company and they were able to adapt and respond with all the right information. This isn't the first time I've worked with them on an issue - super impressed with their knowledgeable, multi-faceted tech support.
