Ok, so let me start off with, I understand we booked the cheapest hotel we could find in the area. However, that is no excuse for the disgusting experience we had. Bathroom was horrendous, hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, hairs in the bed sheets and blankets, room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There really isn’t anything I can say that is positive about this place. The front desk staff were completely nonchalant. The coffee machine didn’t work, no iron in the room but they brought me one, but no ironing board and the iron was caked in sticky goo so unusable. And the price was still high! We paid $90 per night! Avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Do not especially bring your children here. The condition of the room that I was given was unlivable. The bathroom is disgusting and filled with grime, the shower floor made me gag. They say they offer a hotel room that is livable for the night, however I promise you your money is better spent elsewhere. I had to overpay for a proper hotel because of how nasty this place is. Even worse, when I spoke to the manager regarding this issue, she kept interrupting me. When I told her to stop interrupting me so that I may finish explaining how she did not reach her own required SLA, and she got all butt hurt and went “EXCUSE ME” and hung up. I booked for 2 nights in a livable room, and I received a dirty used room stained with cigarette smoke. When I inquired about a refund for the rooms I did not use or stay in, she hung up on me. I have all of this on record, and am showing my bank as I type this out. Just a forewarning for any unfortunate soul that decides they want to stay out in this area!

A wonderful stay at the motel Orbits Inn! The room had a comfortable, welcoming ambiance and was tidy and pleasant. I felt at home because of how welcoming and accommodating the staff was. The location was ideal for my needs, and the value for the money was outstanding. Strongly recommended!

This was a terrible experience. My friend and I were stuck in the area very late due to problems with travel plans and there were no rooms available. The room that was available at this inn was some sort of luxurious suite and cost $500. At the time we needed to find a place to sleep as a safety concern and took the room. This place price gouged us in a weak moment. The room was so cringy. We chose to ignore SO much in an effort to get a few hours of sleep and get out of there. They described this as their most luxurious room. Inside we found a dirty crushed velvet blanket on the bed. Weirdly placed massage chairs and a bottle of watermelon wine. Truly a scene out of a movie. In addition the air conditioning unit was separate and fed out the window by the bed, so in the morning the sunlight came right in. I honestly do not understand how the price was created and would have tried to negotiate if it was not 1am. I imagine the clientele who may frequent a place like this is not the stranded traveler or anyone versed in quality accommodations. This should not have been offered to the public via internet hotel sites. It’s definitely for a unique local guest. The owners need to seriously consider what they are offering here, perhaps get some clean white towels and new bedding if they want to elevate the inn

It’s a must visit motel when in town… Good service and safe environment. I was very pleased with my stay there. The owners as well as staff were all quite helpful and customer service was top notch…

I was scared to sleep there…ended up sleeping in my car and going in later on, stuff floating in toilet that could easily be wiped off, ash tray filled and ash on the table still, alone with nothing wiped off, looked like throw up on baseboards in bathroom, mold along the windows and ac, pink paint maybe splattered on ceilings and door, it was just gross..and the microwave and mini fridge was DISGUSTING. I just don’t want anyone to feel how I did and I have a high tolerance but I slept on top of the bed hood on and with my own throw blanket.🤢granted it’s a motel but no excuse

I’ve never had an issue out of the 2 1/2 years of staying on and off. The staff is beyond helpful to my wife and I.The house keepers are kind and always go above and beyond. We are looking forward to our next stay.
