Best gym ever.. it's like having a personal trainer but at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. The coaches here are all amazing.. it doesn't matter what day or time you go, whoever is there is professional and encourages you to do your best.

I love the having the accountability of a group session and the station variation. The coaches are inspiring, encouraging and motivating - my coaches are knowledgeable as to alternatives for physical limitations and are available for questions, etc. The desk staff are energetic and always greet with a smile and enthusiasm! The music is an awesome motivator and I love that no workout is ever truly the same. Love the OT model!

1. I love Orange Theory workouts and have been doing them for about a year. The program is amazing and I highly recommend for people looking for a new workout. 2. I visited this studio for the first time today and to say my experience was poor would be an understatement. I was waitlisted for the original class time I wanted and then when I was able to get into that class I canceled my earlier workout. I’m aware orange theory charges for late cancellations but most gyms won’t charge you if you still show up for a workout in the morning since that main purpose of the cancellation fee is to motivate you not to miss your workout that day. When I entered the studio there was no welcome, hi how are you, just what’s your name, oh! we’re charging you extra today. When I stated what happened Brooke dismissed me, interrupted me and started helping another athlete, after waiting at the desk for her to return me she said, “Well we charge here”….she completely ruined my morning and my workout by putting me in a negative space before. There was no customer service and was truly poor management. So come here for a good workout but don’t expect a welcoming environment.

Friendly atmosphere, encouraging trainers, great music. It's pretty impossible to leave there without having had a great workout.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a studio. Front desk lied to me. Said they were charging me for a couple classes and ended up signing me up for a membership. Never received any receipts besides the first charge that should have been the last. Got a call asking to get more classes a couple months after, I told them I moved and wouldn’t back. They failed to mention I was being charged and was already an active member. The manager admitted that that was their fault and still won’t give my money back after a whole YEAR of me being charged without me knowing,

First time and it was such an amazing experience! Signed up for the unlimited classes and I’m so happy I did. Amazing front desk, amazing coaches! Carla walked me through all the machines, she made me feel SO welcomed, part of the family, and kept the whole team motivated, energized! You really feel part of the family when you’re here. Coach Carla is AMAZING, I love her energy, she truly inspires me! Monday & Wednesdays are the best with her! UPDATE: ONE MONTH IN - I LOVE IT!! I wake up energized and excited to go to OTF. Every coach is inspiring, kind, motivating and pushes me each class. They encourage you to keep going, recognize your hard work and keep you reaching for the next level. I love it here and attend 5 days a week. After class, my day seems to go smoothly. I feel great about myself. I am confident. I feel strong. I am thankful for the coaches who show up everyday with a fun attitude and help me live ALL OUT ever day. :) <3

Orange Theory is a clean and very welcoming place. Having a coach throughout your journey makes it worth every penny.

Always a great workout! I love watching my heart rate to see if I’m working hard enough!
