I was a little weary of joining due to my lack of experience and also toxic gym culture. I experienced nothing but the best here. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming and Coach Courtney knows what shes doing. I love that they offer modifications as I am a beginner. They also walk you through the first (free) class & help you create a plan based on your goals. Although I am incredibly sore, I cant wait to go back. Just a great experience and energy overall.

Love the studio and the format of these work outs! The coaches are friendly and inspiring, especially Alex and Erin! Work outs change daily so there's never a chance to get bored. The Lift 45 classes are also a great offering for those looking for a little more muscle work. So glad I decided to join!

Love to get a good workout in while on vacation. Great to be able to keep finding OTFs all over to campare different states and towns studios. Napa did not disappoint, great coach, great facility. Only slight negative is wearing masks still while the work out goes on, but fun time

I like everything about this workout program... I like that we are told what to do every step of the way, and the coaches correct us when we need correcting... I like the intensity interval training, and I like that I feel challenged every time I'm there - this is the place to be if you're not sure where to start with a solid fitness routine! Learn about and earn those splat points!!! This program has changed my life! If you're looking for a routine, and a community... Look no further!

Very hard. Structured, good coaching, welcoming environment, clear instructions. Loved the screens with the weightlifting moves playing in loops!!!! Coach Amy was terrific. Great music mix. Whenever I found my motivation lagging it seemed the music or Amy was perfectly synced to help motivate me. Best part of course is the biofeedback. Would love to see that enhanced more if possible too!

Gym for people that are serious about achieving results. The coaches and staff are friendly, positive and knowledgeable. The benchmark workouts push me to improve over my previous results. OTF is my happy pill and a community that I value dearly.

Really Awesome Studio and very much appreciate the welcoming and friendly staff. This has made my move to Napa 100% better as found a routine and an inspiring place to get my workouts in. Workout is a challenge with great variety. Love the coaches and staff, equipment + music. Such a great place to stay motivated. All ages and abilities welcome. The stats and heart rate monitor really help motivate me.

It's the fun, and the camaraderie that makes you come back, but mostly it's the consistency and your own persistence that makes it really work! It just works!
