Awesome studio. Signed up after my first class. Emily at the front desk was super knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk was able to answer all my questions and I felt super comfortable. Coach Rachel was with me every step of the class and made sure I knew what was going on. Recommend visiting this location!
From the moment you walk into the studio to when you walk out all sweaty and sore, the people there care about your experience. I'm really impressed with the staff, and I have done a lot of group fitness classes in various forms, and so far, Orangetheory is top-tier compared to the leading group fitness classes. Both Emily's (there's two of them) and Connor made me feel welcomed right away and the location can't be beat.
About to come up on my one year mark with OTF Dunn Loring! This has been a journey of self discovery and health improvement.
I have really started to notice changes in how I look and feel! The front desk staff is always so nice and remembers you by name, and the coaches make it feel like a personal training session to me. When you get called out by name for running fast, or doing a harder version of the workout, it feels great and pushes you harder! One of the best decisions I made in 2023!
OrangeTheory is the best one hour of my day! I just have to show up and take cues from the instructor. It's a great and challenging mix of cardio and strength training with lots of options to modify, if/as needed. I'm a premier member so I can go as many times during the month as I'd like. It helps keep me consistent with my health and fitness goals.
Great workout and some excellent coaches. But they will nickel and dime you to death. I've been a premium member for over two years, and today they wanted to charge me $10 to borrow a heart rate monitor because the battery on mine had died! They used to lend them for free (to people who paid $120 for this low-quality device that doesn't always work accurately.) I've borrowed maybe twice in two years and all of a sudden they've decided that this is yet another way to upcharge their loyal clients! SMH.
I've only recently joined the Dunn Loring OTF family after switching from another local studio -- and wow! This studio is great!! The front desk team is always greeting you with a smile and so much energy! The coaches are absolutely amazing! I have yet to take one class that I didn't love or where I wasn't being pushed to try harder! Head Coach and Studio Manager Emily - she loves what she does and you can see it in the way she runs this studio! Highly recommend joining if you're in the Vienna area!
Dun Loring OTF has been nothing but great! The staff has been friendly and helpful and all of the coaches are great with each having their own flair that makes every class interesting. Can defiantly recommend OTF - and this location specifically - for anyone looking to switch up/start their fitness journey.
OTF is prevalent around the area, and the workouts are great no matter which one you go to, but this one is particularly good, especially some of the coaches! Metro accessible, friendly staff, and nice layout.
