I like the variety of the split workout format of rows and floor to treadmill. The instructors are nice and helpful. The heart rate monitor is helpful for me to understand how I am doing. The playlists I have heard so far in the classes motivate me to push harder.

This place is not just a gym where you go to work out. It is a whole vibe! The staff and other members are so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. For all the gym junkies, you have to try Orange Theory!

Jordan and the team are absolutely amazing! The studio very clean and even smells clean which is also a bonus. Highly satisfied with this fitness studio.

Orange Theory’s small group setting is nice and is motivating. I appreciate the coaching and being able to see your results, calories, heart rate, etc while I’m working out. It’s motivating to see live results! Also, working out next to others is motivating as well

This location is full of knowledgeable, supportive staff who are well versed in their craft. Their expertise yields confidence in your training. You know you're in good hands. The warm reception, efficiency and daily challenges makes this an incredible way to pursue your health and fitness goals.

I was pleasantly surprised to have had such a positive experience. Jumping back into a workout routine can be daunting after being inactive for a while. However I felt welcomed by the studio, encouraged by the instructors who were also very approachable and knowledgeable. I feel incredibly confident I will achieve my fitness goals.

Overall a good location. Coach Dee and Daryl did a good job. The lighting however is dark and the equipment quite old and worn. The front desk doesn’t do brag boards not even for benchmarks and doesn’t have that same enthusiasm as some other studios.

This is the best one hour workout! If you’re looking to improve cardio, strength, endurance and yourself this is the place for you. New to fitness- no problem OTF has everything you need… gym rat- yeah you’ll love the challenge!! PTC OTF is Awesome!
