the new front desk is terrible and east northport is going down the drain quickly. I have been a member for 4 years and I can’t stand to see the atmosphere change so fast due to new management, thank god there are such amazing coaches or i would leave. The Head coach giro is my favorite and I also love Gianna and Jess. It’s sad to see this happen, I hope the owner realizes they need to fix their issues at the front desk because the staff are the most unwelcoming front desk workers I have ever seen. It’s such a shame .

I love it! The coaches are motivating, the classes are intense and it’s just such a fun hour. I am someone who was never into gyms but the classes are something I look forward to and enjoy. I feel stronger and healthier. Thank you to the orange theory team for helping me better myself physically.

I would like to share this past year’s experience at Orangetheory. I joined with my daughter, Irene in July, 2017 when we started going 8 days a month. Since the summer of 2018 I enrolled in the unlimited classes and now my daughter-in-law, Maria just started. I want to say it is very addicting!!! The process of signing up for classes with the app works really well for me and my hectic schedule. The classes themselves are always invigorating and are kept really fresh each and every time you go. But at East Northport, New York, it’s the Coaches who make this workout exhilarating! Emily, what’s not to say that is great about her? She is extremely energetic, has a very sweet disposition, is kind to everyone and always has a smile on her beautiful face. She really cares about the people, manages and supervises the gym and everything with extreme professionalism. I can vouch for this since I’ve worked in the business world a very long time along with being a business owner. Tereance is as “cute as a button”. He is very educated in proper physical fitness and diet. He watches you like a hawk to make sure your performance is correct and if not he will continually show you until you get it and always says form first then reps. He also loves to share his health choices of food and new recipes. Yum. I love his heart-warming concerns for other peoples’ well-being, it is a rare gift. Paige is right on the money with accuracy in performance and gets you to push yourself every time just a little bit more. Her vocal instructions are very clear and precise and easy to understand. She conducts herself with grand leadership. She is also very sweet and a beautiful young lady. “Tommy!” I have a son named Tommy, so” Tommy” reminds me of him. “Tommy” is a real sweetheart. He has a heart of gold with a very jovial personality which fits perfectly with being a coach to so many people of all ages and limitations. He also, cares about your performance and keeps you moving even when you might feel like slowing it down. He has a great selection of music as well. He is a real keeper. I recently experienced, Eric and Nik and like them both as well. All the coaches are by far excellent trainers, all have positive attitudes with fantastic personalities and each have an individual gift to help the members stay on point and achieve their goals. Along with the district manager, studio manager and the clerical staff at East Northport, you are all right on top of things, have great spirits and are always there to assist with anything. This studio is well-organized and clean with a very competent professional complete staff that are kind and compassionate. It takes real caring business people to keep things going in the right direction, especially in today’s world. I have frequented many OTF studios in my years as a member and OTF East Northport is the cream of the crop. They really care about the members and it shows through their superb customer service and top notch coaches and front desk staff. 10/10

I can’t say good enough things about orange theory of east northport. I just felt compelled to write this review bc this place has brought so much happiness into my life! I recently moved to Huntington and left all my friends behind and was horribly depressed, Otenp brought me back to life! My first experience at orange theory was prob 6 years ago and I didn’t really take to it. I thought let me try it again, I really needed something new. Wow, I’m blown away. They make you feel like family, i literally miss the people that work there when I miss a day. Coach giro has a way of making everyone feel special and knowing everyone’s limitations and abilities. My first class he was like you better be going for that 45 weight. I don’t know how he knew but I was able to do that weight and felt so empowered! All the coaches are amazing, there is Emily who will empower you to believe in yourself, Arianna with her bubbly, kind energy and music that gets you to your prs ( thank you for my new one) , Coach Jackie that makes you leave feeling you have a new bff and Coach Amanda with her caring spirit. Literally best trainers I ever had and I am a gym freak. Let’s not forget about the front desk my Gianna, Alaina, Alex and Lauren. They literally have the most welcoming energy ever. You will never meet a better group of woman then that combo. I think secretly the customers go in there just to chat with the front! Thank you orange theory of east northport for making me have a second home! Props to the managing staff for hiring such an amazing group of people!

Orange Theory is the gym to join. 3 weeks in and I love every class better than the last. I have had the pleasure of having 3 wonderful coaches to guide me through the workouts, Terrence, Nick and Tommy. I had my right meniscus removed at the end of last summer and each coach has been wonderful in giving me modifications in every class. They are caring and take the time to check on how I am feeling. They motivate you to do your best. If you are considering joining a gym and improving your health this is the place to be!

I have come to edit my review. I give it a 3 because the last few times I was there, the coaches seemed very “clicky” with their regular’s and not that welcoming to newcomers (5 or less classes).

Great workout! Terrance is an excellent coach. He pays attention to reach member and takes the time to offer corrections/modifications. His class has great energy. Appreciate that the rowers are spaced nicely apart, but not the same with the weight room where you feel a bit too close, especially for the larger moves. I've been going to OTF for three years and still am eager to get to each class. Recommend it to anyone who wants to build strength, endurance and fitness.
