I've been coming for about 3 months and I'm in love with this workout program. I feel engaged and motivated to attend multiple times a week. The coaches are super kind and everyone is very supportive. I can't recommend it enough!
Once you walk in, everyone is so friendly. You immediately lose the intimidation. During the workout everyone goes at their own pace, and the music is GREAT! Really gives you that pump! The coach is awesome, she gave me the right amount of push and was attentive to my form when needed.
Friendliest atmosphere and most motivating staff! Truly gives me a good an all inclusive workout. Definitely come here for your workout you won’t regret it!
I joined Orange Theory after moving to Salem and wanting to keep my workout routine consistent. The coaches are all amazing and the workouts always leave me feeling energized!
Love OT! Rejoined in October of 2022 and am down 45lbs to date and in the best shape of my life.
I have been coming here for years! The staff is so encouraging, and I have met some really nice members.
What an amazing experience it has been! I feel so great after each workout. I feel it in my legs and upper body every time. Every time you come you are welcomed as if they were just waiting you for. The coaches are very attentive to your performance. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an intense/moderate workout to burn fat!
First, the coaches are wonderful. Second, I love the intensity of the workouts. You can also choose how intense you want them to be if you’ve got in injury or just need to take it down a notch. And last but certainly not least, the studio staff are fabulous. They take the time to celebrate and get to know their members. They are always so welcoming and friendly and make OTF Salem feel like a family. Love this place.
