This place is special! The workout is an expertly curated combo of strength training and cardio while impressively keeping the barrier to entry low. Come as you are! I left my first time satisfied with a great workout while retaining enough energy to chase my kids! It’s a beautiful combo of rowing, treadmill and weights. Highly recommend!
I love how different each class is, you never know what to expect when you walk in and the templates are varied. Its also super accessible; I power walk and never feel like I'm doing less than the people who are running or using the strider or bike. There's no judgment or mockery, everyone comes in and does their best each and every single work out and there's a camaraderie and community here that is truly amazing. The coaches are all really accommodating and encourage every one to do their best and I'm grateful to all of them for what they do! Can't recommend OTF enough, seriously the best workout I've ever done!
10000/10 would recommend OTF!! They hire some of the best staff ever!! The coaches are on another level! They will push you and motivate you to give your 100% effort even on days where you’re just not feeling it!! I love that all I have to do is show up and everything else is taken care of! Out of everything I spend a month, this is the best thing my money goes towards!!
I prefer OTF to a home gym or to other gyms because of how clean it is, and because I like having a dedication station and set of equipment that I know I can use. I don't have to do any planning or thinking beforehand - I just show up, do what the coach says, and I get a great workout with plenty of variety!
Came in today for a pre-booked class. When I got there they asked for my credit card and tried to bill for the class. There was no indication in the app nor any advanced warning that they would try to bill extra beyond my membership.
As a new member, this is not the experience I was hoping for while traveling. Packed workout gear into cramped holiday luggage space with confidence because I trusted the booking in the OrangeTheory app. I had to get a ride 40 minutes one-way to get there and had a plan for pickup after the class. All they needed to do was let me know in advance to prevent a great inconvenience.
The workouts are structured and led by a coach to allow me to zone out and get the most out of my movement. I love that there’s someone keeping time for us to tell us when to switch, move harder, get back to baseline, etc.
The coaches are energizing and really care about the success of the individuals as well as the collective group that’s working out. It’s also a healthy environment and for as many people as I’ve worked out with the only person I’ve ever felt in competition with is me. Other participants are helpful and encouraging when asked questions but mostly folks do their own thing and I LOVE that I’m not feeling judged or peer pressured into a workout I’d be miserable from. The burn I feel after is mine to own and enjoy until the next time!
Some of the best coaches I’ve worked out with, and the studio is always well maintained and has great equipment. The community is even better! I’d recommend for any type of athlete, whether you’re just starting out or looking to switch up your training routine.
Anne Marie and Cara have been such motivational coaches! I really feel like they’ve helped me get back in control of my own life. (I literally cried when I got home from my first class because I felt so proud) These ladies really keep me motivated to show up and do the work but also help keep everyone safe in the gym! I’ve been coming for 3 months and feel so much more empowered than I did before.

Happened upon this place while exploring Harrisonburg. At first parking kind of confused us, but it looks like right now you can park across the street and thereâs also a lot maybe a block away thatâs easy to get to. Initially we thought we would
