Orangetheory Fitness - Gym in Suwanee - 2615 Peachtree Pkwy #230, USA

I've been attending Orangetheory for 6 months now, primarily at this location. I was super impressed at how quickly everyone learned my name. I've only had positive interactions with the front desk staff, and the coaches are great at being encouraging and pushing me without being obnoxious or making me feel like I'm not keeping up. I am not naturally a person who particularly enjoys exercise, but a few weeks in I found myself looking forward to my workout days. There's enough of the group atmosphere to keep me motivated to get through the workouts when I'm not feeling it, but everyone is really focused on their own thing so I don't feel self-conscious when I'm the only one walking or when I have to modify exercises I can't do. Everyone is different, but I'm glad I've found something that is such a good fit for me.

Coaches are great, but this center is need of some upgrades. Most other OTFs in the area have newer treadmills, and some have had them for almost a year. The sound system in this OTF (probably because of the high ceilings) makes it difficult to always follow the coach instructions. This is still a great place to join and achieve your fitness goals, but other OTFs in the area are better in my opinion at the time of writing this review

Great experience as a new member!!!. This is exactly what I needed. You get a great workout in a friendly environment. The level you are at does not matter…the staff is so helpful and there to support your personal fitness goals! Thanks

I am compelled to write this scathing review of the Orange Theory location I have been a member of for many years. Out of all the locations I have experienced, this particular one stands out as the worst in terms of management and policies. Despite paying a significant amount of money to the organization, members are treated as mere cash cows. The scheduling of classes is highly inadequate, especially during after-work hours. Finding a spot in these limited classes is a challenge in itself. Furthermore, the management enforces a strict policy where if you arrive even just two minutes late, you are denied entry to the class you have already paid for. This policy and treatment of customers is unparalleled in my experience. It is astonishing to witness such disregard for paying members. Considering the disrespect and lack of consideration shown by this location, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will seek out a fitness center that values and respects its members, taking their time and business into consideration. It is imperative to support establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and treat their members with the respect they deserve.

Must!!!!!! Coach “Michael “ is a whole different vibe to pump you for the workout & creates more of a place for the community to hang & get their workout in🏋️

As a mom of two, I was hesitant to spend time and money on myself away from the kids but joining Orange Theory has been one of the best decisions I made this year. I absolutely love it. First I love the trainers... especially my favorite Joanna. I try to make sure I go to her classes - she pushes me, encourages me and is just absolutely delightful. I am thankful for the staff as well. The location is very clean - the equipments are spectacular! I would highly recommend ++++ even if you are a newbie like me.

The coaches. Joanna, Jesse, Zac, Georgia, Sydney all take a personal interest in my exercise. Jesse has made me a better rower. Joanna has made me a better runner. They are social. They get to know you 1 on 1 and avoid cliques. The workout is addictive. The new owners are amazing and are there for the same reason I am. They love it and treat everyone with respect. What an amazing gym.
