Orange theory is one of the best workouts! I have been a member since 2017 and there’s really nothing else like it out there. The coaches are passionate about what they do. They all have such good energy and are so motivating! The front desk staff is always welcoming and they answer any questions/concerns you may have. The workouts themselves have made me stronger. My favorite thing about it, is the workout can be for anyone of any fitness level. Not a runner? You can power walk! Not able to do certain movements? There’s modifications to the exercises! I highly recommend orange theory closter to anyone who is looking for an amazing workout that gives you the results you are looking for!

OTF is all around a wonderful experience and workout! The classes are challenging and fun, but best of all, anyone can do them! The coaches work with you so you can get the most out of a class, workout at your level of fitness, and do what you never thought you were capable of doing. They are friendly, positive, professional, and very motivating! They get to know you as a member, and encourage and push you to do your absolute best. If injured, they modify exercises so you can still workout while healing. While the coaches are fantastic, the Closter studio members are like a second family. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and encouraging. We motivate one another to challenge ourselves and never give up!

Haven’t been a member long and already love it! I was really intimidated by the workout at first but the coaches really helped guide me through my journey. Even though it’s in a group setting the coaches still make sure to touch point and get you to the next level. Definately recommend. Also located in a GREAT plaza - there’s a mix of everything there!

I came for my first intro class a couple weeks back and loved it!! The instructor was nice and super knowledgeable and the class itself was so much fun! You don't even realize how quickly the hour passes as you are working out. I can't wait to come back now that I have my membership.

Jeannine was extremely helpful on my first day and Viktor did a great job of walking me through the equipment and keeping an eye on me while I figured things out. And Nadia has been going above and beyond with answering all my questions before, and after my first class looking forward to this new journey!

I had a 10:45am class today and was over 5 minutes late due to everyone driving super slow because it had snowed and iced over the night before. I called in twice to let them know that i was running behind due to the whether and got no answer. I got there to the class around 10:55. One of the emloyees at the front desk said she couldnt let me in because i was over 5 minutes late. I told her I had no idea that it was a only 5 minute grace period and the whether was out of my control (I even left my house 10 minutes earlier to get there on time). I told her that I called twice and no one answered. She said “im not allowed to answer the phone during check in” but when i called a few days prior another employee answered 5-10 minutes before the class. She said that its a policy that they cant answer the phone. Which makes no sense THE LEAST she couldve done was answer the phone and said after 5 minutes youre not allowed in the class, but because “its policy” which is not ideal to many costumers, i wasted my time even driving there so she can send me right back home. She couldnt excuse my first time being over 5 minutes late due to the snow and due to the fact that she couldnt pick up the phone and simply say what it is. I asked her if this would happen to every person running late that couldnt get in touch with the front desk because of there “policy” that you cant call in and she said yes.

7 years going and still going strong. If it was not for all the awesome coaches!!! Big shout out to Hannah, Eric, Leon, Melissa,Victor, and everyone !!!!

I visited the studio since I was up that way for work. I took class with Mauricio, Eric and Melissa. Mauricio was phenomenal. He was full of energy and just an overall nice person. He was interactive with all of the members and when he realized I was new to him he introduced himself and asked what my fitness goals are and have been. I’ve never met a coach that interested in a visiting member. Kudos Mauricio. Class with Eric was ok. Nothing special just felt like he was there. I did not like that he was rude to another employee in front of us. I then took a lift class with Melissa. Class was ok the template was just not very fun. She was more interested checking her phone than actually helping people. Another person was lifting improperly and she looked and didn’t fix them. The person next to them showed them how to do the exercise correctly. Overall nice clean studio. Take class with Mauricio!!!!
