Great studio, coaches, and staff! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The workout is truly for all abilities and fitness types and the coaches will adapt and modify anything that you need. Been a member for 4 years and just hit my 1000th class and looking forward to 1000th more!

I Love OrangeTheory Saugus. The workouts are different every time I go, the coaches are patient and make the classes fun. They always show us alternative moves and work with us to challenge and motivate us. The FOMO is real when I can’t get at least 3 classes in a week.
Had an amazing first class! I’m a newbie, and just getting back into fitness in general. But Laura gave us such good information and made us feel so welcome, and Nicole was a fantastic coach! I survived my first class, and so inspired to come back again! The music is stellar, the hour-long class actually flew by.
Amazing workouts, encouraging trainers, and great people. I recommend to anyone interested in starting a workout routine and meeting new people. There are new challenges, team activities, and gym events that keep you interested in working out and show progress. Love it here!
OTF is a life saver! I have seen such a change this past year and feel the best I’ve felt in a long time! The staff is super nice and helpful. I’d be lost without OTF!
Who likes a clean and cute play area for your kids?I do!! Love the spacious size here and they also have party rooms. Also love the option you can trade in your plush for tickets and trade for something else. ðð½
Ok so this place I seen on phantom gourmet and they usually do not disappoint! Let me tell you! This place is one of the best I have had! The calamari is 10/10! And I have tried a lot of different places! Itâs the best! Service as well!
The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were WELL worth the price!! It was our first time and we will definitely be going back. They were so very nice on the phone and in person! They even gave us an order of brigadeiros because we ordered
