Great gym! The team there really makes you feel welcome and really try and work with you so you reach your goal! From the front of the house with Payton, Lynn, Dakota, Tairi and company to the coaches… Justin, Thomas, Josh, Cory! Classes are really good. Two thumbs up
Love the place and the coaches/staff! Orange Theory creates the perfect environment for an effective workout and a place for you to progress in your fitness goals. There is always a new workout and never feels boring or repetitive. Recommend it to everyone! 5 stars!!!
I love this place! Been our home location for almost a year and plan to keep coming back. Coach Justin has been amazing and always brings the motivation to finish those hard classes! Make sure to take his class if you can!!
Been a member at OTF for just over 2 months. Everyone on the team here is great but specially Justin, by far the best coach we’ve had thus far and we travel often and have tried other studios. He always has a positive energy is very motivating. If you’re not a member, what are you waiting for!
We joined Orange Theory on June 2023 and it’s been 3 months since this review. I lost nearly 20 pounds!! I love the environment and how supportive the trainers are, specially Justin. I would highly recommend it
OTF Nona South is the best. I have gone to a few OTF studios over the past several years and the Nona South staff always goes above and beyond. Payton at the front is absolutely fantastic, and the rest of the team knows everyone's names, station numbers, life stories... it's so welcoming. Coaches Justin and Cory are both some of the best OTF coaches there are. Highly recommend OTF Nona South!
Kudos to Coach Justin. He has the best music. I go to class mainly for his playlists 🤷🏻♀️ lol but overall is a great place to work out.
I have done many types of workouts and I find Orangetheory to be very effective, and fun! The Lake Nona south location is particularly fun and has great coaches like Justin!
