I really like this class, I found it on mindbody and decided to go and any gym that's open on a holiday is for serious people that want to stay in shape. I like the way they monitor your stats the entire workout since it's nice to know you're working towards something. I was completely surprised at how many calories I burned and I really love the class.

I enjoyed my workout at this studio. The coach was very attentive, and I felt valued as a member, even from visiting out of state. While I do wish the music volume and selection was more of a "club" style environment, I recognize that every studio, coach and class has a different flavor. No worries, though - I still had a great time! The Head Coach, Karen, was very friendly and made me fee welcome. She was so accommodating when I disclosed my Diabetic condition to her. I also was able to run my fastest mile at OTF yet - right at this studio with this coach! Yay! I also like that Karen was patient and she even helped me before I had to ask when she noticed I was struggling on the weight floor. If I travel back to this area for work again, I won't hesitate to return here.

Love this gym and location! Everyone is super friendly and not judgmental. We are all just there working out hard and towards our individual goals while also providing motivation to each other when needed in a positive, fun and clean environment. Great group of coaches and team members that make everything above I mentioned happen every day!

An incredible and fun, but hard, workout that is literally for EVERYONE! You go at your own pace and there is no pressure to do anything but that. The coaches and staff don't just recognize you, they know you and care about you. It's like nothing I've ever done before. The other members are all friendly and kind ~seriously, no judgment! We are all just trying to better ourselves~ mentally and physically. One of the best parts of my day!

Absolutely love this place, traveled all over but this gym has the best coaches! Very motivating and perfect pacing. Also my personal favorite layout of the gym.

I love the coaches’ enthusiasm and the variety of workouts/exercises! I never get bored with the classes. I also love/hate the cancellation policy because it motivates me to get there on the really tough mornings. Honestly love that the machines consistently get wiped down and sanitized too… big plus during a global pandemic!
