Asheville Orange Theory is awesome! I feel so good every time I leave. I like that you can be competitive but it's really with yourself. The workouts are challenging but that you can take it at your own pace and no one is pushing you to go farther than your limits. I really like that you have so many different things that you do in a workout - running, rowing, weights etc. Splats for the win!
Best thing I could have done for myself. The coaches are amazing the workouts are challenging but doable and different everyday. I leave there dropping in sweat and I LOVE IT! Everytime I go I feel supported by other people that are there as well as by the coaches.
Amazing Studio!! The best Orange Theory I've ever gone to. Great coaching staff, great studio staff, really welcoming people in the classes! Cannot recommend more highly! Love coming here every day.
From the moment I walked in the doors I felt welcomed. Coaches and staff are fantastic!! Only been going a couple months and love it. The high I get and feel after the workout is awesome
The encouragement from the coaches is what I like the most. Coach Christy is the absolute best! She checks in with the new people and makes sure they’re understanding how to use the equipment, she corrects your form, and checks in with you (if needed) at the end of the workout. Overall, the entire staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the policies and program. Top tier for sure!
I love Marlene!! She’s so supportive and helped ease any of my first day jitters by being so talkative. I love how personal each of the coaches are and really get to know you. The conversations and relationships I’ve built here mean just as much to me as the workouts. Knowing I can trust my coaches and have a good time with them helps me feel more comfortable in the Studio when I need help on the floor or tread. I love all the positivity!!
I love my OTF workouts! I’ve never burned more calories in less than one hour and had such a great time doing it. It’s challenging, fun, and different every time. The coaches are encouraging, detailed, and friendly. They want you to reach your goals. The space is always clean, the staff is welcoming and the other members are welcoming.
