I went for the 1st time last week and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming. It is not intimidating at all. I signed up for more classes the next day. I definitely recommend trying this.

I love orange theory. They have amazing coaches at OTF PINES, great all around workout routines, never boring and always challenging, convenient schedule for busy people to accommodate and friendly staff.

After trying my first class begining of May, I signed up right away! I loved it! Amazing workout! The staff here is super nice. My favorite is Coach Silk, his classes are awesome, he really pumps you up and the music is great, but they are all nice. I go everyday, and everyday is a different but challenging workout. I am happy I tried it and signup. Best workout ever!

I love that I can see what zone I am in. I am a very competitive person, especially with myself and I always keep trying to push myself to get more and more splat points. I love that there are three different stations which allows me to push myself differently at each station. The coaches are awesome! I love how they aren't afraid to call you out if they see you aren't going at your full potential. I am excited to see my results! I have only done two classes but I already feel better about myself!

I need a lot of accountability when I work out as I don’t like exercising. OT is a very efficient way to get a strong work out done in 60 minutes or less without you having to think about it. Just show up, do the work, go home, and feel great about what you accomplished with zero planning. As a bonus, I sleep so much better at night!

I've driven past this place so many times and never had high expectations. Did the free trial workout last Saturday with my wife and we had an amazing time. Not only were the staff kind and encouraging, they were well-informed and qualified. The Orange Theory system is evidence-based and gives you clear feedback about how you performed each workout. The price might be high for some, but I would argue that you get your money's worth.

I liked the way that the workout  was structured, a little bit of everything: treadmill, rowing, and weights. I like that the coach keeps you going. I realized that when I run on the treadmil on my own independent workouts, that I  would stop sooner than I did when I was at "Orange Theory". Coach Roxanne was great, she didn't kill me but she kept me moving, and motivated to surpass my goals. The staff that I met when I was at the Pembroke Pines location was great. They took their time to explain the machines and how the workout was structured. At the end of the workout they explained my options, if I wanted to become a member, but they did it without the pressure tactics. It was nice to workout with other people as well. I really liked my workout at the "Pembroke Pines Orange Theory" location. I do plan on coming back in the future. Dexter

I love OTF! The intensity of the workout is great. The front staff is very nice and helpful. Leslie is awesome... Great attitude and energy; always goes above and beyond for the clients. I really enjoy the positive push and motivation from Mariela and Erika.
