I know Orangetheory looks intimidating, but you owe it to yourself to try a class. The staff and coaches hear some of the best in the country! The support of the community and the members is truly inspiring. I his is my favorite place to spend an hour a day!

OTF New Hyde Park has been such an amazing experience for me. From the Sales Associates to the Coaches and even the members they do a great job making it feel like home. They keep the motivation high and also continue to push you to achieving your goals. I know it can seem intimidating but emphasis going at your own pace and just being better than you were the day before. I would definitely recommend at least giving it a try!

If you are looking for a fun, friendly, family-oriented spot to workout look no further! OTF New Hyde Park is the place to be :) I was able to not only build my physical appearance, but also my confidence at the same time. It is a great environment and I always look forward to every new themed workout or challenge!

The facilities are first-rate in terms of cleanliness and are always fully stocked with everything you need for a fantastic experience. All the machines are up to date to give you the most accurate data to track your results. The crew clearly takes great satisfaction in keeping the area in immaculate condition because of the attention to detail that is very outstanding. But it's not just the facilities that make Orange Theory Fitness of New Hyde Park stand out. The coaches and SAs are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and wellness. They are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide support. It's truly like being part of an extended family when you come here. Amazingly clean studio with super staff and the best coaches!! There is always a great atmosphere in this studio, lots of enthusiasm all around. You won’t regret joining- the workouts are great, something new every day.

I’ve been going to OTF New Hyde Park for 6 months now. The facilities are very clean and all the staff and people that go there are nice and respectful. OTF is very well thought out. Clases always run on time, and if you wear their fitness tracker you get a detailed breakdown of your workout after you are done - which I find both interesting and motivating. The classes/instructors are great, and they vary the workouts so you can exercise different muscles on different days. Before joining - I never went to the gym consistently, while now I go to 8 classes a month and am loving it!

Been a member since Sept 2021 and still showing up. Studio is well maintained, staff and coaches are amazing and always encouraging. There’s absolutely no judgement as you do your workouts, everyone at different levels getting better. Let’s go!!
