I love OTF LA COSTA!!! Very welcoming! The instructors are energetic, friendly and supportive. I usually take 5-6 classes a week. Regardless of the time and day I go for a workout, I leave the studio feeling sore and happy at the same time. I highly recommend giving this place a try! The workouts are challenging but the atmosphere is so positive and encouraging that you will feel satisfied at the end. They changed my lifestyle and I am so thankful!

Orangetheory La Costa is a game changing workout experience. I love seeing the metrics in real time to guage my progress and track improvements. The environment is great! I love the music, the fitness equipment and the great instruction. BUT what makes OTF La Costa truly epic is the people! Coaches Anthony, Brooke, Adena, Jess and the others are just AMAZING! They make the workouts awesome and make coming back easy. And the front desk staff are sweetest. They always remember your name and which station you prefer to start on. It feels like a family! Hooked on OTF La Costa!
Friendly staff and great couches! The couches keep you going and keeping an eye if you are having trouble with anything. Intense workout, but you can choose your own intensity level. I wouldn’t be able to workout like this on my own. Glad I joined!
The best OTF studio! Everyone is super nice and encouraging. The classes are challenging but the coaches always give options to scale it up and down making it really doable for anyone. Have been here for over 1.5 year and that’s the longest I have ever been consistent with any fitness routine. Highly recommend!
Great coaches, great staff, the best workouts. Joined OTF several months before my wedding and am currently in the best shape of my life. Everyone is super friendly, staff does a great job knowing your name/preferences. Workouts can be as lite or competitive as you’d like.10/10!
Orangetheory La Costa is a great place to workout! Their front desk staff and coaches make me feel so welcomed and the environment is so fun. With the music and great personality I experience every time I go in, working out feels like a breeze. I’d like to shoutout coach Anthony for always being motivating and for having good music.
Great place for regular workouts. Shout out to Coaches over there including Coach Allen, Nate, Anthony, Shane, Kiki.....I can just keep going. They are the energy for a great workout. Thanks to their amazing staff including Adrien, Mandy, Brooke, Nikki and all those who left to pursue something new. It has a great community with extremely nice people and staff. Fun trail for mountain biking, with some singletrack (and various offshoot trails). Heavily rutted in areas. Nice scenic area in middle of suburbia. Some fun wooden planks to bike over, and some near "tree tunnel" sections in the northwest area
Calavera Lake is such a beautiful area, loaded with rabbits, ducks, rattlesnakes and lots of trails. Some of the trails are not level and can be kinda steep. Going to the top of the volcano plug is quite a hike because there can be some narrow paths
